PROBLEMS with the new KOBELCO 140 already??

So we did run into a few issues on our first few days of use, however some were minor software adjustments others were just settings. Basically a few minor things. The EngCon also decided to blow out a hose! other then that we are slowly getting used to the new machine

Would you look at that, another channel to subscribe to!
A little tip: Since the tiltrotator is on a quick coupler, I higly advice you to take it off when doing heavy digging. You want to baby that engcon a bit, because they are crazy expensive to repair.

I totally agree with you on the EngCon being off if we’re digging tough ground. The part that sucks is we bought it specifically for this project and ones like it. The trenches have lots of angles etc which is why I have it on. Found out the hard way that not only is it not great for it to dig tough ground, but it also makes it harder to dig! No breakout force lol

Could be worth buying a ripper for it, even though it's a hassle to constantly switch between attachments. Sadly no one has made the unicorn machine yet. Small, light weight, stable, fast, excellent reach and massive break out force =D @@dirty.diggers
