Great job, FU Tone. Soooo much more top end clarity with your products as usual. Now we just need them in a nickel and aged nickel finish. At least some kind of satin finish.
Hey Adam! As you know, I’ve been in love with your product for many years now! You’ll be hearing from me in a few months again. I’m building another Strat, this time with a steel neck that I’ve had for quite a while. My Bud that had woodworking tools moved away some time back, so I’m looking for someone to route the body for a big block and D’Tuna!
@@MercutioUK2006 I'm not sure what you mean about a noticeable difference. I can guarantee putting a 12-inch radius bridge on a guitar with a 14-16 inch radius fretboard will be detrimental to the action. I haven't looked, but I would imagine that they are offering varying radii. I was merely attempting to offer a solution to your proposed problem, that may not even exist.
@@shelbyavant5081 They only offer one choice and let's not be disingenuous here, what might be detrimental to you might be "barely worth noticing" to another - it's all subjective. Without a solid metric, we're just talking about abstracts BUT I agree that there is a difference, hence my initial inquiry. I hate the fact that so many companies don't take the time to radius match the neck, nut, and bridge.
@@MercutioUK2006 How dare you? I'm not disingenuous, I'm a professional mechanic, machinist, and guitar tech for over 30 years. The first job I ever held was in a guitar factory in Houston, Texas, and I build race engines in my spare time. You want your electric guitar to play like a cheap acoustic? Go ahead and mismatch the bridge and fretboard by 2 to 6 inches of radius. 12" is a nice medium to start from, since electrics generally fall between 7.5-16, but if you think a big fat mismatch will be barely noticeable, even to your inexperienced hands, then you are sadly mistaken. These are mostly meant to be Gibson replacements, so it makes even more sense that they would choose that number, and I am not trying to poo poo this product at all, for the record. Why would you even ask if you don't think it makes a difference?
This is how you compare, one in the beginning of the video and one in the end, and we suppose to hear it? how about A B comparison one after the other (There is editing these days)? Dahhhhhhhh....A company that charges an arm and a leg for their products should know better!
Yes futone for the win!!
Sweet dreams! Brass rules for higher output tones
Sounds outstanding (as with everything FU-Tone offers)! And, loved hearing the early Leppard on the dirty channel. 🤘🤘
Sounds awesome
What a great improvement to a great guitar. That's an excellent 👍👍👍👍 product.

Need this asap 😮

I've got your guy! Hit me up.
Hey Adam, will you be making them for Epi?
Got to 8:43 in the video. I’m sold.
Sounds great, like all FU-tone upgrades.
🔥
I guess only 12" radius?
Get a set of slotting files and you can make it any radius you want
@@shelbyavant5081Indeed, and I know the difference isn't particularly noticeable.....just wondering.
