I love that there are almost no people involved and the few that we see earlier are just standing around like "yup we just watch"
That's how quite a few jobs in factories are. At the one we work at we jokingly refer to ourselves as baby sitters because we baby sit robots all day. Easy money.
Still creating those machines that creates the products is insanely difficult

@@user-cd5rn8rz9q 5 лет отработал в городе Березовском на НЛМК-Урал в прокатном цехе. Всё полностью автоматизированно, люди нужны только для контроля и настройки при необходимости. А цеху уже 15 лет. И по-моему наш цех даже более прогрессивный, чем этот на видео)) Так что в России есть такие же технологии, и уже давно
Кхм, в России есть подобные производства, да и по производительнее будут.
А здесь стан маломощный, катают с квадрата 100 или 80…
Печи узкие. Раскрой короткий…

Depends on which steel mill and which paper mill.... I will say that steel mills are definitely sketchyer but some shutdown work in paper mills are just as bad...

Mình từng làm ngành này, nhà máy này tự động hóa cao, mình làm vị trí cắt đầu và đóng bó, 2015 1 tấn 16k cho vị trí này, máy chạy 1 đêm 60_70t. Thấy chạy vậy thôi chứ đôi lúc bắn ra ngoài rối rỡ chết bà, phải rỡ nhanh khi sắt còn mềm, đợi nguội lấy kèm cắt thấy bà.

and this shows how to produce low quality in a rolling mill.
i'm a technican in a rolling mill in a high quality steel manufacurer in central europe. i know how to. we have industry 4.0 in our plant and for example we have material tracking from end-customer to the melting process. we have our own laboratories to proof the quality, we store the material examples, just for the best quality we can produce.
i can say, with this equipment that is shown, you cannot produce our quality. the machinery ist very worn out, specialy the cutter.. and so on.
but it is every time very interessting to see how it works on other plants, i love the world of steel manufacturing!

well then mr sunshine, how come european steel isn't any better in quality to korean or japanese? I laugh so hard at your comment - your mentality is quite subpar. Steel is classified by grade. The various grades determine tensile strength, corrosion etc. Sure, you have more expensive equipment, but the final end product isn't any better than what is seen here. I dont know what central-european sh1thole you're from - but wasnt that part of the soviet union a generation ago? enjoy a coffee son.
