Seasun was just balancing the power between ballistic and skill DPS by introducing Fenny Starshine because people were crying their older ballistic DPS were power crept by skill DPS like Cherno and Siris. Heck, people were crying Lyfe IS was underpowered a week ago.
Lyfe, underpowered. Until I built the Immortal Parry Lyfe in Paradox. Consistent Damage without being hit, spam ability, spam dodge, and while dodging, someone is catching my bullets. Ever since I saw Lyfe IS, I didn't see a DPS, I saw an EVA tank. And quite an Evasion Tank she was. Untouchable yet still painful, Fenny SS works well with her.
I was waiting for her because of her weapon change and she does not disappoint! She is fun to play and her support skill is awesome. Also, her signature weapon is totally worth it.
I already was enjoying Lyfe IS a lot before Fenny. Not having to reload anymore just made the whole experience even better, not even mentioning all the DMG buffs she provides. I don't have that many characters but I can't wait to try her out with other units to see how much they improve ^^

I've been waffling on whether or not to pull for her signature because I think I want to get the 5* Haru that I missed, and her signature seems like it'd be great to have. Does anyone else love 4* Fenny, though? I use her all the time, because her aggressive shotgun to the face style is actually amazing for clearing trash mobs that are spread out and it's really fun (got her to 3 manifestations)!
They had to know ammo manipulation was going to be a balance breaker ever since they killed Fritia's old beta Manifest to reload the gun with her Support Skill. But at this point, the entirety of the game is solved to such a degree that rolling for units is literally just for waifu collection. Balance only affects people pushing for single digit clears at this point, which isn't really balance to begin with. So I suppose power creep doesn't matter anymore. F tier can clear, hell Z tier can clear.
I have a player in my server who logs in everyday literally to just cry about how the devs changed Fenny's weapon and how that has changed her "personality" -_-
@@matafaka2060 and annoying af! Everyday since she was available in the game, the same blabbering about how the devs lack creativity with shotgun game play so they changed Fenny's weapon. Some people just can't exist without complaining and whining
I love the new fenny especially since they made her taller now, and personally I'm glad they changed her weapon cuz this gives us hope that other characters can also get different weapon Battlesuit ls in future, I would love to use a non-sniper Yao.

personally i don't like Starshine, it doesn't feel like its Fenny, from lore and personality i was expecting her to be a DPS not a Support, this "build" would be more in line with Fritia, similar Ult to Hush, and the Support skill is just a super charged Sunshine support skill
@@haku9364you already have a great team put lyfe is and fenny ss together, then katya and Enya EXUVIA then just get the 4* yao and 4* chenxing for f2p heals then(either or slot them with the two groups that I told) that's you're good two team and you can progress to the game. If you don't have the 5* you can do with the 4* event weapon it's not so OP but serviceable hope that helps
This is a great team. Lyfe IS does skill damage to marked targets with dodge shot. So she gets Enya's skill damage boost that also buffs off of shots. Enya can also provide emergency HP if you get hurt.
Seasun giving her away as a free character on top of the other free resources available, is just insane. She's way too good as a support and damn does she just make lyfe infinitely more spammy. Not to mention also making Coronet insanely good lmao
Mindless ammo refill support. Very disapointing. Would prefered she was not free so she could of been as op dps as Lyfe. Seems the freebie characters are just toss away support. Would of been better if they offered some upgrades for the lower tier characters on the character themselves rather than just toss out a replacable support that puts a band-aid on shotgun ammo problems. Overall new Fenny is a massive letdown. A band-aid support, a terrible personal story following a mainline story that was also pretty bad with a mary sue villain and weird time travel out of nowhere. The low quality fanservice with the same stuff every event. I'll pass and done with the game. I see what Wuthering and ZZZ did with recent girls and its just superior in every way to snowbreak.

5* Kaguya is 35% better than 5* Mauxir, 'cuz Katya doesn't CRIT. Mauxir's CRIT DMG Amplifier doesn't work.
