I've purchased this telescope through your site a week ago and I am having a really hard time locating anything and seeing anything. I have done all the steps including aligning the finder scope. Please help. I feel disappointed and perhaps should have purchased the scope that is automated.

No, reflectors like this SpaceProbe 76 produce an inverted image and it can't be corrected. For correctly oriented views (for day time viewing) we suggest a refractor or spotting scope: bit.ly/2XJqozU

Nothing wrong with the scope you just don't have the experience or patience to see anything. What is not often highlighted enough is the fact that observing through a telescope is a skill that has to be learned and honed over time. The more you look the more you see. Maybe 8X40 or 10X50 binoculars may have been a better option for you, beginners should start with good quality binoculars anyway.
is there another finder scope i can use for it?
