The protagonist is medical examiner Inga Vilkas. Her unwillingness to get along with colleagues and constant meddling with the crime investigation process mean that she never stays at the same job for long. And then, because of a scandal, Inga leaves her native town and quits her profession.
Father’s disease makes Inga come back home. Due to the circumstances she comes back to her previous workplace, the medical examination bureau. But now she will have to solve yet another crime with a new colleague, investigator Oleg Gonchar. Their controversial duo is very efficient in uncovering a range of confusing crimes…

Really, really enjoy this show. Watched all 32 ep several more than once. I just learned there is another 32 ep on TRAKT, I'll check it out tonight. Terrific show.
