- Removal of a radiator/thermostat/water pump and serpentine belt on a 1992 YJ.
The video we took of the re-installation of everything was corrupted. So BUMMED. Had fun with this project. See my other vids for oil change • Jeep Wrangler YJ Oil C... and fuel filter change • Jeep Wrangler Fuel Fil... .
Thanks a bunch guys, it's not a hard job for most jeep owner, but it helps a lot to see someone do it, takes a lot less figuring out lol. Big Jeep wave to you guys!
Thank you for uploading this video. I am going to have to tackle this job myself very soon. My 1995 Manual 4.0L 6cyl looks a little different on the inside but this should help me a lot. I found the directions a little vague and confusing (as well as hard to see) but this is probably because I don't know squat about cars. Something that is intuitively obvious to a mechanic may not be for myself. But beggars cant be choosers, so thank you very much!
I have a 94 yj (4 cyl) :( but this video really did give me some confidence on working on my Jeep. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work.
Thank you sir. If we can do it, anyone can.
about to tackle this job, thanks!
the four bolts on the fan... Is it just me or are they nearly impossible to remove?? They look to be tack welded on, and I have two 13 mm wrenches to try pry them off. Even with an extension on the wrench to get more torque it just starts to strip off the metal. Any help on what to do? Thank you!
Sorry Karina - the second video of the put together got lost....I was so upset! There should be a diagram on your fan shroud. I can take a picture/video of the layout of my belt if you need me to.
Loving the music selection too!
Way to go, very helpful video!! Girl power!
great video! i wish you were able to explain what to do if the tension screw wasnt missing hah. but thanks again!
This is awesome! What a woman!
Lol lucky guy
Tinha que ser tuga!!! Well done!
your listening to good music
Is there a second video to this lol i want to see how u put the belt back :)
You from New England?
Thank you for the kind words. I am very proud of her for taking on this job. Only wish I had the removal recorded still but I have to do my YJ soon so we will have to make another vid.
Thank you for the feedback. We have never worked on cars until we purchased our YJ's and thought if we have to take something apart maybe we could help someone else. I will try to be more steady with the camera as well.
I wish my wife could do this. Oh wait.
Is there a second video to this lol i want to see how u put the belt back :)
