- In this video I record a busy rush on a Wednesday afternoon, Wednesday's have been getting a little hectic recently..

"Where are your gloves?"
All food served at a Domino's store is cooked thoroughly in a 450-degree oven and is not touched afterward by store personnel before serving to customers. Mixed with constant hand washing, it pretty much eliminates any chance of a bacterial or cross contamination.

This dudes working the hardest out of every worker around him. Everyone is a manager and there’s a full screen with one or two people making food. That doesn’t look right.
Not everyone is a manager, we just all wear the "manager" shirts. However most everyone in this video has been fired/quit already. We had a rough couple of months with some questionable AMs.

That's what I was wondering. I used to work at Domino's. There was always people communicating. Maybe he's not because he's embarrassed of how he sounds for the video.

I see some people comment about "not wearing gloves" blah blah blah. i get it, some people dont want germs or contamination but for me? im not a germaphobe, i honestly think that pizza tastes more authentic without gloves IMO. damn karens lol

Yall need to start wearing gloves because cross contamination touching everything people can be allergic to certain food products… imma show this too the hirer ups because this is unacceptable if I was to work at dominos I would wear fucking gloves and make good ass pizza, step up your game if not your gonna get fired From the pizza lord
Yes I am in control of stocking gloves and tongs. I do not. I am not a Manager or anyone with a voice, even if I wanted too use gloves there aren't any. You are yelling at the wrong guy.

Wearing gloves does not prevent cross-contamination. The only way to prevent cross-contamination would be to wear a different pair of gloves each time you pick up a different food item. OR, to have a scooper for each food item. That's probably the most concerning part in the video, is that the employee is just picking up the grilled chicken and the jalapenos and the cheese with their hands. Having a scooper with a handle for each food item would prevent cross-contamination, but simply wearing gloves will NOT.
Also, for a place like Dominos, all of their food is cooked at 450 degrees for x amount of time. This kills all possible bacteria and allergens on the food, which is why they've been approved to not have to supply gloves to employees.
