@@CarsJubilee i moved about 20 years ago. First to NY for 3.5 years then LA.😂 i lived everywhere from 8th & Lombard block (right when Tower Records was hot), Mt Airy and briefly Wyncote. Honestly it was bad enough back then. Im almost 50 now.
I grew up in Philadelphia. I still visit once a year at least. I live in North Carolina now. I LOVE my 2024 awd Ioniq 6 SE. I have a 30 mile per day commute.
You should visit Italy some day. You'll love it. A two lane one-way road where people completely cover up both sides by parking - so you have to drive in between. And then a guy decides to stop and park in the middle while he goes to a grocery store for like 10 minutes and we have to wait in a bus to get to the Airport.
On my to do list: to visit Italy! We get quite a bit of the crazies here double parking in single lane roads etc. It's crazy the stuff some people think is okay.
Take a visit to London or indeed any other big city in the UK. Narrow roads, congestion, and as an added bonus the 'speed camera' which is an ever present threat just about anywhere ready to give you a big fine and points on your license!
Ahh, I've always seen and heard on Top Gear the infamous narrow cobblestone roads. And of course the heavy traffic on the numbered motorways. Visiting London and all of that is on my to do list =) Though I'm sure I won't be so thrilled, especially about the speed camera bits.
I drove to Philadelphia, not gonna lie the drivers are worse than the ones in New York. And for some reason most parts of Philly look like the hood. Streets are empty and trash is everywhere. Abandoned buildings. Looks like Detroit.
Haha ya I think with New York I know what to expect, Philly... You just never know. And there definitely are parts of the city that are pretty bad. Abandoned buildings, decrepit buildings, trash etc. Luckily there are nice parts too :)
Ex philly guy here.
Nice overview and song is a real banger.
Thanks! Seems like it's just getting worse and worse hah, when did you move?

Wow nice really all over Philly then. Haha it's changed a lot both good and bad, but very very different from LA.

Oh awesome! I have some friends that used to live in NC.
Great videos you have. I will keep watching. Entertaining and informative.

i once lived in Harleysville (off what was then called 'blue route') and so drove in Philly too. This video is a gem.
Ahhh Harleysville, been there and I do remember when they called it blue route as well haha. Bringing back memories for you =)
So glad I’m retired now and live in SW Florida. Used to commute in the Washington DC beltway horror show ….. It’s part of your Karma, Victor 😇.
Ahhh I've driven the beltway in rush hour, craziness there too! Hopefully it's much more relaxed down in SW Florida =)
Wish there was law country wide that prevents semi trucks on the highway during rush hour. I bet it would make a huge difference 😅
Ya certain highways on the east coast actually separate into car only and then truck+car (so at your own risk). But it's not common unfortunately.

I can't believe some EV carmaker still don't have proper 360 cameras
Ya I wish it was standard safety tech like the basic backup camera
Everyone should respect ioniq 5 cars. Drivers with their car act like their better. Laugh at it or not with my comments. Its the truth
