Maus banned in Tennessee // Tennessee Teacher Talks

Tennessee county public schools pulled Maus 1 out of the 8th-grade classroom for 3 weak reasons.
As a public educator in Tennessee and lover of books, I share my opinions on this matter. It is hard for me to quietly accept this book ban.
More books are being called for examination. Be aware and active readers.
