We don't do cancellations either. But we do allow them to remove items that they have paid for. We live in a Alaskan rainforest. So bad weather is usually expected and they get tents. But if it's nice weather and they don't want the tent we don't need to put it up (but they still have paid for it). We let them know that they can't change their minds when we arrive because we might not have loaded the tent or shown up with a tent crew.
