As someone who works night shift, the last bedroom would be great, because I wouldn't have to paper over the windows in addition to getting blackout curtains in order to keep the room dark enough to sleep well during the day.
Sunday morning with Cash and coffee. A great way to start the day... Nice apartment. No room-mates for me. I do want to go to the Cafe across the street. No sink sprayer is kind of depressing. I use mine every day. Love ‘laugh at the people that overpaid to be your neighbor’.. Love Cash’s humor.
I always get excited when you go places where I've actually been. I can confirm that Manna's is the truth! That's a great apartment, but I think they could have installed a bigger bathroom sink haha.
@@juujhg1874 it's harlem. I'd be wary of living there unless it's specifically in very VERY west Harlem. Other areas are likely to be dangerous. There's a reason it's $2500 for a 3-bedroom. Cheap and looks great but may literally cost you your life
The person who gets the 3rd bedroom should have some discount, it's a bit claustrophobic compared to the other 2 rooms. But you can use the hanger to built a hanging shrine to your God. It's a feature indeed, maybe soon everyone wants one...
Exactly. I was thinking if I get that 3rd bedroom, I better be paying $700 and the other two picking up the $100 difference and splitting it. $850 for them $700 for me in my tiny room.
This place would be good for a couple. They would have their bedroom a guest room and the small room could be an office. Very nice place. Thanks, Cash!
This apartment I like! I like the fact that it has a dishwasher. The rooms are big, that is a plus. The bathroom size will do even though the sink is small. There is a lot of sunlight, I like that.
At that price, it'd be great for a couple - use the largest room for a bedroom, the smallest for a guest room/office, and the one with the french doors as the living area, leaving what was the living area as the dining room with a longer table and additional storage in the form of shelving or standing wardrobes along those walls.
I love your vlog even though I have no idea what the hell a vlog is - was just getting used to a blog! You are hilarious, you have introduced me to your friends, especially Charles, what a sweet human being. I binge-watch your UA-cams, mainly because I don’t have a clue how to use TikTok (and I don’t want to know - just quit Twitter and am so happy with one less place to waste time). Don’t know what vlog this is, no dates on UA-cam, so I don’t know if you have your new baby, but congratulations. Thanks for making my life sillier than necessary ❤️💕.
I love the individual heat n air units. I always wondered while working in hotels why people didnt get them for their houses. I asked maintenace how much they were and he said around 300. I expect residentual would be a bit more plus the cost of installation. But in the long run, itd be a goid investment. As long as the electricity didnt go out. This a really great apartment for 2500. Love the neighborhood and park .
I'd use the main kitchen space as a dining room with a nice table and a rolling cart island in front of the cabinet area for storage and prep space. The bedroom with the French doors would be the living room and that closet for coats, vacuums, bulk items and luggage. Plus if you have company you can close the glass doors to make it quiet. The big bedroom to sleep in and the dark room as a guest room/office and extra storage for clothes etc. Nice space for the price for sure.
Wow this is perfect especially with the price. Even if you couldn’t get a third roommate you could convert the third room into an office and it would still be affordable!!
This place is so cute but since I don't do roomies it would be fantastic living here alone!! The french door bedroom is supreme because it elevates the mood of apt with so much light and i would use it as a lounge- complete with huge flatscreen, cozy sofa, plants, bookcase etc, living room would host a smaller sofa and oversized chair with coffee table and closer to that SUPERFAB kitchen a large round table and four chairs would do nicely!! Speaking of the kitchen where do I start?? It's presents as a slick overall image that keeps the viewer thinking about it during length of vid!!! Off the top it was so on point of the owner to invest in the MARVELOUS, gray, lined, QUALITY cabinets AND the white lacquer cabs are the crowning extra that puts the entire kitchen in a realm unto itself!! Then placing the fridge in the right hand corner niche was BRILLIANT!!! Since kitchen isn't the biggest the amount of space saved by that simple decision is incredible! Also somehow with the fridge separate, the space opens up, easing the compactness of the kitchen area!! Second bedroom being the largest and capable of holding a king size bed that would definitely be the sleeping quarters for me! Finally room three could only serve as an office! And the pole above the brick wall serves as the perfect setup for some of my artwork , someone else's talent, or at least an interesting group of posters!! Regarding the price - this is a steal for three beds!! And in decent condition, rate makes it more livable!!!👍👍👍 And a word on the bathroom: YAY for the tub though it's not a soaker it's still very inviting, there is some turn around space in the room but the sink is a bit too small; a simple large square pedestal sink would have worked so much better
While I'm not your demographic one of my new favourite things to do is watch these apartment tours. I love the snark on various franchises and people's vehicles.
I'd turn that big room into the living room. Put an eat in island in the kitchen. The french door room as my bedroom & the small room as a home office/guestroom/game room
@@CashJordan Laughing, You have such a great personality and you sure are a people person. Would you ever rent something that you show on the videos? This place would be so nice for you, and it would give you some storage space. Is it expensive to ride the subway? How long did it take to dry out the subway after the rain storm that was flooding with water?
Ken’s rating: B+. A+ for location. Neighborhood ok? No en-suite laundry. Affordable enough to live there alone. How many flights of stairs did you walk up? I could deal with one or two flights, but did you go six? Living alone, the room with the French doors would be the TV room.
I guess you could wash your clothes in the sink and then hang on that bar in the bedroom on the brick wall 👀 But did you eventually find out where the laundry is???
It's a nice apartment, but I would still like a living room that has its own window. The neighborhood is nice and convenient to midtown Manhattan. The third bedroom is dark, and since there's no window in the living room, the occupant would always have a light on.
Omg this is RIGHT by my apartment. 3 bedroom 1 bath, 2300 a month - I am obsessed with your channel, if you want to come look at our building I would love to show you. I believe there are other units identical to ours that would be perfect to show on your channel. Let me know!
This is a beautiful place overall! I'd love to live there and the location is great, 125th is the central business area for Harlem. That 3rd bedroom is not great, but realistically people do live in rooms like that all over when they don't have endless funds to work with. I'd love to live there as a couple, each have our own room, and 3rd will be a home office. Hopefully the laundry room was eventually found?
The room with the french doors should be a living room, and this way you get the best of all things - a real kitchen/dining/work area, a living room, and two bedrooms - one nice, one less so ... but can be a decent children's room. Or, even better, make it into an office and live there without roommates! Overall nice apartment!
Lol. Here in Vegas area, I just moved into a two floor townhoe with 2 bed rooms and a large loft/garage for $1800/mo. Overpriced for Vegas but for some reason I think I would gladly pay $2500 for this. Just wish that common space/kitchen area was larger so living room and kitchen/dining area would be more separated
I'd be using the little room as an office and hanging prayer flags to pay homage to my myriad gods. Roof access is awesome. Probably will need a divining rod to find the laundry room, though. I think only 2 people should live here - so if I had a roommate I would give them a discount because I would have the small bedroom as well as one of the others. I can't lie, Cashew - the lack of sink spayer AND medicine cabinet are definite drawbacks. Nonetheless, this is another winner!
Great apartment but for me a 2 bedroom. I would use the room with the French doors as a den/Livingroom. That way you could have the kitchen area be eat in, comfy chair having, island sporting, where everyone gathers anyway, room.
I would make the space next to the kitchen a large dining area with a couple of comfortable chairs so my company could visit with me while I cooked. I would put my sofa and entertainment center in the room with French doors, take the largest bedroom and rent the other one. I could probably share a bathroom with one other but not 2 others.

Even if you have no intetion of moving to NYC or even the US in the near and you are just interested in the apartments business.

The Cash stamp of approval! Few apartment tours can make him smile. He hit the jackpot with this one. Good job!
Boy! The neighborhood has changed so much! Nice apartment Cash
Nice! I would place a portable island in the kitchen, use bdrm 1 as the livingroom and bdrm 3 as storage 🙂
This might be the best apartment you have ever shown!

Yeah, that small bedroom works best as an office. Especially with a closet that tiny.

For the price I’d make it a 2 bed and use the little one as a dining room or den or some other extra purpose.
Lady that 3rd room is (wait for it!) = walk in closet or sewing room!
It would make a decent office. No view, no distractions.
