I've actually tried to be hypnotized by health professionals, that were known to be good at it. Even opening my mind, my mental barriers were too strong. I'm a very strong & independent individual. I can see why this didn't work.
Other times, like also hypnosis in class, no effect at all.
It's sad but Al Roker is a classic exampleof MK Ultra at its finest; he literally didn't even blink the whole time whilst looking at the lights (inhaling and exhaling)...

There was a guy who really was a hypnotist and extremely good at it. He could hypnotize people in a few seconds. He could hypnotize a group of people in a few seconds. I saw him on TV. He was so good that the station had to cut the audio off and turn the camera away to prevent viewers being hypnotized. It was scary actually.

Right from the beginning Al seemed to really let himself relax, and the middle lady somewhat. While the purple lady's posture was very rigid the entire time. I think she was more self conscious, after all the camera is on your face the whole time.
The girl in purple was never under hypnosis. Not sure about the one in the middle. But the guy seemed to be.

I just watched two segments of this guy on the Today show, and strangely enough, even though I just woke up after sleeping for a couple of hours, I feel strangely slow and tired after watching this, like I could fall into a very deep sleep.

I did this Session When I Opened My Eyes At The End I felt totally relaxed.

I love how they added at the end that if it goes against your moral standards you won't do it. if you are not aware of the levels of your subconscious then you are susceptible to this. this message seems like a pun used to make us think it's not possible. it happens all the time and tv is one of the biggest ones using this to embed stuff into the subconscious that we barely notice on a conscious level if even at all.
True! TV watching is passive and puts the mind into the theta state. It's worse if you fall asleep with it or the radio on, because your hearing picks it up and the subconscious mind doesn't judge, just absorbs information and accepts it as fact.
It only works if you really want it to work, and literally allow it to work. I sometimes wish I could get into that frame of thought, but I simply can't fall for this nonsense.

the lady at the end was never fully hypnotized but did anyone else notice Al has been under hypnosis before? If anyone else saw the other video of him staring in this weird trance like-look after the word Holy Ghost (or spirit I don't remember 100%) was said for quite a while, its actually kind of a funny video but I think either he gets hypnotized very easily or they have been using mk ultra on him.

+Linh : No, it's not. I understand mind over matter and can utilize it very well when needed, and I tend to have excellent control over my mind and body. But, that isn't applicable in this scenario. If I wanted this junk to "work" on me, I would literally have to pretend it was working (which, technically, means it's not working). I'm just not gullible enough to fall for it, nor would I want my mind to be weak enough to be "controlled" or manipulated by somebody else's words and/or suggestions. For this stuff to work, you either have to be weak-minded and naive, or you have to force yourself into it (which is basically the same thing as just playing along and/or pretending it's working - like many people tend to do),
Please don't tell me I lack mind control because, in this case, it's actually the exact opposite. Those who can be manipulated by this crap are the ones who have insufficient mind control. Obviously, you would have to lack control of your mind to allow your mind to be controlled by another person. Things like meditation, a strong willpower, and keen self-awareness are examples of things that benefit from optimal control of your mind, not susceptibility to hypnosis.
