After you mentioned scosche, I see that they make a shale version of that bezel! Finally! One to match my interior, I’ve been avoiding the metra version cause I don’t want to paint it or change my interior to black. Glad I keep track of your videos, keep it up!
I like the shroud over the dd. Usually those Scosche clips behind the bezel suck. You're better off using the oem gm clips--much better.
How much it cost because mine has OnStar an xm radio 04 suburban. You need all the extra harnesses harnesses.
I have the same bezel but painted the parts around the different sections black to make it look like the OEM bezel. To me it looks cheap being all one solid color like it comes.

If you are in reverse, can you switch to front facing camera at the same time? I’m looking to add a camera to a camper and also have the rear camera also. I would hook camper camera to front camera connections. I didn’t know if the reverse camera would override that function?
Where did you get the power windows switches and power mirror switch along with the light switch?
Mine has been doing alright for the most part but there is one MAJOR flaw!!..when I'm listening to a UA-cam video through the Bluetooth but am also connected to the unit by a C-port charging cable (that's the only way to use "MirrorLink" which is the main reason I got this unit) the audio cuts in and out randomly..only when using mirrorlink though, I'll leave the possibility that there could always be a wiring mistake somewhere but I'm pretty sure it's the head unit just being a cheap (obviously) Chinese product..works fine other than that but that's a major bummer for me personally

@gavinmcclure8047 I actually sold the '12 Ford Escape that I had this unit in and no I technically never got to the bottom of why the sound would cut out but I think it had a wiring issue that was fully my fault for hiring a sketchy @$$ tweaker to hook it up (I don't know jack shhtt about electrical/audio)..my friend got the same exact model and his BT/mirror feature works flawlessly
On the next one use an 03-06 radio cage and bezel it will make it fit perfect I did it on my 99 when I had it
I already ordered a different one. But if I don’t like it then I’ll probably go that route.

Hey man is there a way you can put a certain image on the start up screen? Like for example the logo of the vehicle?
I have the same radio. In the instruction manual there was an email that you have to contact. Then you send them the photos that you want, or tell them what model car you have and they will find the boot logo for you. Then they will send an email back with a software update witch you have to put onto an empty flash drive (Instructions included in their email). It's annoying that it isn't possible, to my knowledge, to be able to add the images on your own. It also sounds like a scam since you have to get a file from them the company, but hey it worked.
