In this video I try to organize a Kawasaki Ninja H2 group ride that goes wrong. The battery on my motorcycle dies and it also leaks oil from a faulty part that I installed. We had 3 Ninja H2's, 2 supercharged ZH2's, ZX10r, 2 Hayabysa's, S1000rr, CBR1000rr and a Triumph Daytona 675 come out for this ride.

Old school quick fix for flat gaskets (cover type gaskets). Get a box of cereal, trace shape, cut out and use as gasket. Not meant for a permanent fix but in a pinch it works as a great patch.

I would recommend a NOCO Boost plus to keep with you, portable jump started that runs by battery, on Amazon. Been in your situation plenty of time now I carry a portable jump starter. Don’t have to wait for another vehicle to help jump start

You should pick up a lithium jump box. They are very small but pack a punch. Built in cables and it's much more convenient than using regjlar cables.

A $20 aftermarket part can cause an engine to grenade. The dead battery was a blessing to alert you to the oil leak. Good thing it happened. Things happen in threes: 1) Accident 2) Mechanical 3) The Law. So avoid number 3 altogether...lay back and make some chill content until the storm passes.

You can always jump off of a car just DO NOT have the car running. The amperage output of the cars ALT can toast electronic pieces.

as long as the truck isnt running it wont hurt a bike one bit...just let it sit for 2-3 mins for electrons to transfer and load balance a tad bit, sounds crazy but it works and ive done it 50+ times on 1 bike when i was dialing it in when shipping was crazy slow during covid lmao

Lean the bike off the kickstand until it's you can feel that it's balanced and level. Then check the oil sightglass. Engine always off! Too much oil risks the crankshaft frothing the oil. Be careful riding no hands. You've already seen what can happen. Still a fan!
