  • In this video, Caitlin Jenkins, the familylawvlogger and partner in the Mills & Reeve family and children team, considers the law relating to behaviour and conduct when dealing with finances on divorce and things to consider when completing section 4.4 of Form E.
    A word of warning: the court will not want you - and therefore solicitors will not advise you - to put as much in this section of Form E as most lay clients would like to include. Caitlin explains why in this video.
