So darn glad I watched this, I was going mental looking for that screw holding the viewfinder🤔. Just bought the 6" from FLO and thought it odd there was one screw but 2 screw holes. Your video helped immensely so I stopped my frantic search. But, how hard is it to clean the mirror? I looked into the tube and saw smearing around the edges.
Funny that, i came across this ,but then didn't finish watching it as i was looking at the Sky watcher 250p instead ! Then after a day, i actually searched for the Stella Lyra and i ended up HERE again !!! 😂😂😂
No reason to watch for lackluster equipped SkyWatcher: Dual speed focuser, entry level 2" wide view eyepiece and neck saving RACI finder scope are worth like £200 over SkyWatcher.
I have the same scope Chris but I must admit I use my 8"dob more.i took my eyepiece holder of as one night I tried to move the scope with gloves on and stripped the threads on the holder.the 8" is a skywatcher but I will invest in a lazy Susan like the sella lyra.clear skies Vic
Grant asked if I could make a video about putting the Dobs together, and as a perk I'll be enjoying the views for a while :) I've already had nice views of Saturn, the ring nebulae and Andromeda with M110 off to one side.
Crikey mate talk about putting it together in a tight space lol, mind you I would think you've had plenty of practice putting them together at the IAS.

I guess you can’t use this sitting down? Standing only?
Got 8 inch in my basket waiting, hope there will be some black Friday/Christmas discounts ❤
Did you end up getting the telescope?
@@Amateur_Gamer123 noo, price was the same, can't afford £450...

Thanks for the video, i would love to get a Dob Telescope, but I'm next to useless at DIY
Hi Richard, I'm sure you would be fine if you follow the video as you go :)
Branching out Chris?

lol Yeah, It's a good job I didn't borrow a 12"!
You mean to tell me that a 10 inch scope doesn't have a 2 speed focuser. I wouldn't own it
? But it does have a 2 speed focuser, which is unlike the Sky-Watcher/Bresser/Celestron 10" Dobsonians which are single speed.
