      Right?
Also, she didn’t write the book. She hired a ghost writer. 😵‍💫

I loved the part the judge saying her kids are in custody of Erics family whom she despises & that she is broke w no realestate empire as she imagined she had...and her hiding behind her long greasy hair

Gracious, do we want criminals walking around with good people and committing more crime. It happens. K. Richins needs to stay inside jail until jury decides where she will go, free or prison. If she does not like Jail, wait until she goes to Prison. She should have thought of not killing her husband, leave him, and start a new life with her boyfriend. Boyfriend probably ran for the hills once she was arrested for murder of her husband.

I really want everything Michael Sterling is saying here to be the case.
Let's hope members of the juries are astute and are able to ask plenty of questions to these points during Richens' trials?

Also vinny, you need to realize the reasons why K would purchase life insurance.
You need to think like a real estate investor. You need to understand the infinite banking system. Trust me, Kouri didn't need the insurance money. The insurance was a vehicle to buy real estate. Yeah, there's something you're missing. It's something she wasn't.

Isn't this also the case where She had a party after his death...i thought....am i remembering correctly? Doesn't sound like any grieving from her there, if that is the case!

I wasn't really feeling what the judge was calling out Att. Nester for... sounding as if she was making a public statement or addressing a press conference or what not, as opposed to actually presenting the everyday courtroom casual.... Not that I know what to look for as far as being a critic or proponent of "proper courtroom ethical manner," but I'd at least like to say that I've certainly heard other attornies sound closer to less than "the courtroom casual" than this attorney did... or sounding more scripted or what not....

What kind of a man would leave his family in that way letting them suffer and missing him never knowing what happened, and then taking off with some other person in Europe. I mean wow. His poor wife

He's not there to be liked, he's there to ensure everyone has a fair trial, and to stop instinctive bias he's severed the "lesser" charges to avoid some of the likelihood of a successful appeal should defendant be convicted. He's attempting to protect the public in the long-term.

No one ever brought back some video. It disappeared.
You sound so biased for the prosecution. Shouldn't you be neutral? She is an unconvicted citizen after all.
Keep in mind, sis wound up with bros. $ the kids, and a troubled member of that family is eliminated. You think there are no questions?
