Just a gut feeling, but: the Shane/Ashley/Grace combo is making me so sad because the vibe I am getting from it is that Ashley's bisexuality really leans more femme than masc, and she repressed that in order to follow expectations. I can see why you say that Po. She deff feels like shes only doing the poly to appease him. I only say this because I just recently got out of a poly relationship. 10000000% my unmedicated ADHD symptoms are worse during my time of month (Even medicated it was still worse) and I think there's a good amount of study that links your hormone cycle to the severity of ADHD symptoms.

I'd be interested in what conversations they're having with women when they recruit them. It seems like Danielle really didn't know what to expect. I do think they're rushing things by having her marry someone straight away without having a chance to really spend time with the family and feel like she's part of a unit. Isn't that their whole thing? We're stronger together? And Danielle definitely gives the vibes of someone who wants to feel like she's part of a family. I'm glad she did what she needed to do for herself though.

FYI, it's very common for ADHD to be worse the week or two before your period starts thanks to an increase of the hormone progesterone.
If thats what they want to do, then i dont care if they do it since its their relationship, but i personally wouldn't. Seems unnecessarily complicated.
The Davis "sisters" + Nick did not respect Danielle #3. Like, she was very clear about what she needed from the relationship and to feel secure and they kept pushing her to recruit another girl right away like she herself was just a replaceable part of some collection.
I'm glad she had the sense and the confidence to get out of there, because if they didn't respect + take care of her at the beginning they were never going to start doing it later.
I hope the baby will be okay in all that mess. I'm not against poly, or poly parenting, but all the partners need to be equals and not in some weird cult dynamic with Nick at the top and all the wives working for him and revolving around him at the bottom.
