That place where she's picking snails is too dry. Edit: she's picking in the mud. Ugh. I don't know about you but in my country, it's usually at the start of planting season, when the field is freshly tilled, that we pick snail. The field is content with slow flowing water, there were no fertilizers or pesticides sprayed yet. This was not how we do it.
I hate this kind of cooking channel.all the time just preparing food food n food. Doesn't need to take care her self, doesn't need to take rest!!! Life is just for cooking and eating for everyone???

I usually pickle all the red okra that comes out of my garden, it will hold its color for quite a while. Hope that helped
