The original 1978 bottle 250 ml has frosted sides...verbana note in the top...an true piece of Art..get vintage, better blended, strong and soft at the same time...indeed a 70s child. Post 90s are just too harsh, get an old bottle and discover the original dna. Lagerfeld Cologne is just beautifull.
I wonder if he actually chain sawed someone to get into character, being a method actor and all 🤷♂️ P.s the first male scent from Lagerfeld was actually "K L by Lagerfeld"
Recently bouth this again of nostalgic reasons, it was my signature all form 1980 - 85 or so in High School, when I now tried again I couldn't believe that I used to drench myself in this potent scent! Surprisingly enough I find that it doesn't feel as outdated as I expected. Old yes, but still wearable.
So sad Lagerfeld Photo was discontinued. Was my sig scent of the 90's. I remember classic Lagerfeld in the 80's being quite powdery to my nose. But I should give it another try.

Speaking of this frag in the movies or on TV, I'm pretty sure I spotted it in an episode of the American TV show "Frasier". In an episode called "Seat of Power". I paused the play to try to get a good look at it, and I think it was like a Lagerfeld after shave bottle because I looked it up and the proportions are a little different. But it was the Lagerfeld bottle design. I challenge anyone to look up that episode and find it.

Scarface is a masterpiece and Michelle Pfeiffer is flaming hot. It even has some great quotes and laughs. I always tell the truth even when I lie. And describing the flamingos as pelicans.

I really like lagerfeld classic, not a fan of the opening but the mid and dry down is where it shines.
Just tried Lagerfeld recently and it's fantastic! A steal at $25 for a big bottle. The definition of a good cheapie.

Personally I rather use the word classic than dated about something still usable. Lagerfeld, old or new bottle, is absolutely great and wearable.

Great video! The perfumer for this Lagerfeld Classic, Ron Winnegrad, also created Furyo for Jacques Bogart a few years later.
