Great conversion and awesome flight. Did you check the fastest speed? I really want to know about it. My 6S version Zeus recorded the fastest speed only 194km/h. It makes me frustrated a little bit.
Comment/you answered my question, and that is did you notice any bad habits, as the hor stab is nearly in line with the wing (hor stab is lower than most of this design .. below the nozzle instead of above), and gets blanketed when the flaps are down. High alpha, flaps down, slow speed = hor stab stall …
Nice and overpowered... Just how we like it haha! : ) I'll bet it'd make those elevator servos sweat full out, but it'd sure be fun! Haha! Great throttle management and efficiency!
Yes stock servos. Conversion kits will be available early 2024. If interested send me an email at pkappelbaum@sbcglobal.net. I’ll add you to the growing list
The Zeus has a 46 ounce tank. From past experience the eflight viper jet has a 40 ounce tank. Using a X45 I could fly for 7.5 minutes. When the put in a X60 I could only fly for 6 minutes
Congrats Paul! She's a winner!

If I may ask what servo are you using. Thank you

Nice, Will you be selling your conversion kits now and are you flying with stock servos ?

Paul, just wondering how you find the fuel burn compared to the X45? Also, what size tank?

Well done. Very successful test.
Paul
I’m planning to convert a Flex Innovation F100 to turbine, can I still get a pipe, tank and cover from you? Where can I email you?
Thanks

Great conversion Paul! Same bellmouth as you would use for the X45?
No the x60 has a larger bell mouth and a larger pipe ID
