STORY || The Behind-The-Scenes story from one of our largest events to date... working for a great division from one of the world's largest medical firms, this follow up to the 2018 Kick-Off event that we did for them, went above and beyond.
the_Lab comprehensively managed all of the travel/accommodation/logistics, as well as putting together all of the creative content pre/onsite/post event... we can of course offer any part of these services for our clients (and we do for quite a few),but we can also offer a completely fire-and-forget management option that allows the entire event, from start to finish, be crafted in the_Lab.
What was really satisfying however is that despite the complexities of having this number of attendees split accross 4x hotels, whilst having the main plenary and gala sessions at the Palais De Festival, the project was uniformly seen as the best event the client had ever done, received the very best of feedback across the board from all who attended, and was delivered on time, but under budget...
