We had our semi air suspension fitted in January after collecting the van (Burstner Eliseo)in December, game changer, now all you really need is hydraulic jacks all round, it makes arriving on site so much easier and so quick to set up, no lugging levelling ramps around with you. Hurry up with rest of the van build, we want to see more of your European travel adventures, you were very much an inspiration to us when we start traveling in our T6, we’ve been following you since your honeymoon. Currently sat on the shores of Lake Como.
We have just done a trip all round France with lots of videos coming up. 👍 thank you very much for watching our channel 🙌Enjoy Lake Como! Very jealous!
That pipe to the waste tank will have standing water in it where the pipe goes up over the hand brake cable. I’d also recommend filling it full. With a hose pipe to make sure the brackets you have used can carry the weight.
There goes Lizzy "Video Bombing" Sean during His Outro. Also, She caught Him Hiding in the Van again instead coming inside the House to Help with the Kiddos. 😮
Really should have pushed the boat out and gone full air, lifetime van so worth it many times over. The bonus of self levelling especially when touring daily cannot be overstated.
@@ABusAndBeyondhave you checked with VW and got in writing your warranty will be intact. I have been looking into upplating and read last week MAN won’t hour warranty and neither might VW for engine, trans and suspension if you up plate and carry load exceeding design specs
I've got up plating and VB rear suspension on my list and am doing it in that order as the rear suspension is less about pay load for me. Also I though VB were doing digital dials now? (Or is that someone else?!)
Having just hit my water tank coming down the hill from Cocos wild camp this video is perfectly timed. So do you get a rear wheel lift potential for off road, or is that only on full air suspension? And if so, how high? And what extra payload do you get?
We did have a quick look when we first put air in and it’s about 20-30mm difference from fully aired out to full pressure so I wouldn’t really recommend this as a system for off roading. You’d need to replace other parts of your suspension for that really. We will find out about payload in the future and I’ll be filming it all as well 👍
@@ABusAndBeyond Thank you! They told us you'd been for a drive in it when we went to pick it up! Glad you liked it. It's certainly made a difference, especially the self-levelling :)

Out & About Motorhome & Caravan Services, fitted a E&P Level System to my caravan a fortnight ago, really nice guys to deal with.
Got this on the rear of my Knaus Motorhome, great bit of kit.
I found this video very uplifting
😂
Brilliant, I bet the drive is now awesome, So nice to see another video from you guys, keep safe
Kev
Yeah it’s nice to have some adjustability on the ride
I’ve got VB on my T6.1, very impressed so far and does give a nice ride. I’ve read a few horror stories, but I think as always the installer is key.

The Tricked out Kontiki looks similar to Steve & Lynds Radfords set up. It’s the way to go if your going down the Tag axel Kontiki route.

Super informative VLOG. Thank you.
Thank you very much for watching
You need that air suspensions just for driving our road theses days lol😂
😂that’s true
Does self driving cars MISS the potholes !!!! Another reason to SAY NO to self drive

It’s not available yet for the Crafter. Should be available soon though 👍
Wuhoo. Brilliant.
Looks amazing did you not fancy going the whole hog
We would love to but it’s a bit pricey. And I don’t think it’s available yet for the Crafter
What’s the added payload?
We will find out soon when we start the up plating process

Not taking it to Lowdown to be bagged and lowered? 🤣
😂 now that would look hilarious!

Great stuff mate.
🎉
People with the GC680 have been able to up plate from 3,880kg to 4,400kg just as a paper exercise. Is it different for the crafter?
vw might not cover engine, running gear and transmission under warranty though
