Thank you for playing swbf2 again. I love your content. I still play battlefront daily and I know this is a big statement but In my opinion it’s the best fps ever made
Still one of my top games to play on the weekly with some of my buddies. I'm still a bit salty that they canceled the support for this game, but it is what it is. Life goes on, and hopefully in the future we finally get a proper Battlefront from another studio, or possibly even Battlefront 3 by EA, sooner than later.
Maybe this time they will be more careful if they develop a Battlefront 3 because they almost got the IP taken away from them because of the microtransactions they had when the game launched.
@@Ellechoso they were not in danger of losing the IP back then. EA was right in the middle of their Star Wars games exclusivity contract. However they did compromise and lost any chance of holding on to it past its original expectation date. That was a bad fumble on their part, Including the way they cut the support for Battlefront 2. I'm sure Lucasfilm Games saw that and would prefer if their IP gets better treatment. So far, not including Star Wars fallen order, the Star Wars games under the production of EA have had some pretty bad lunches and sudden abandonments as well. Hopefully this new age of Star Wars games is better than the previous.
Love that this game is getting attention again...Love it even more that the attention is positive. The game was always great, Dice delivered right off the bat but EA & Disney had to be greedy
a little sweaty is the biggest understatement of the year. I still think this game would have benefitted greatly from a galactic conquest with no heroes. I have been saying from the very beginning heroes were OP AF. I totally understand they're heroes and are meant to be the strongest, but certain ones were just broken as all hell (looking at you palpatine and maul). I would love for EA to allow DICE to come back to this game, develop more, and bring out a damn good and much needed balance patch.
I just found it today. Absolutely incredible! I’m playing story before diving into multi, but if nobody told me-I’d think it came out this year, phenomenal. Yes, I’ve been under a rock the last 7 years.. a very heavy, depressing call of duty-rock 😂
I just installed this after never playing it, and got absolutely smashed and yanked for 8 hours straight by fully decked purple card players. Absolutely no fun at all, which is a bloody shame because the game is so much fun on its own. You basically going up against OP players all the time.
I love this game but in heroes vs villains it is annoying. Either people are cool and saber fight, or they use shocks, grenades, and double/quad team you. I also really wish they had just a force user mode. Nothing nore annoying that hitting someone with a lvl 30 kylo and them just eating the sabers and shooting you in the face 😂. Its so maddening
No it's still dropped potential. I found the gameplay needs a overhaul on PS4. I have the first four guns unlocked and I have to empty two magazines into someone to down them. While they two shot me lol

I've always absolutely loved the atmosphere in this game, unfortunately i could never fall in love with the random deviation/cone of fire that most of the guns had, it ruined the experience for me.

I'd love to see another, good, OT FPS game. Loved Battlefront (2015) and made a lot of friends playing that game. I'm not into all the battledroid, and sequel trilogy content.
How are the cheaters? I haven't played in a year or so and they were in every game back then. Sometimes they would make it so no one would die. Pretty much ruined my favorite game to play.
This game got a lot of hate when it was new, but when they fixed a few things, man this game was so fun, I haven't played the original battle front games, but I'm gonna get the classic collection when it comes out! So hyped
its got a pretty good growth oer the last 30 days. im redownloading it now. apparently theres some really good mods on PC that i never knew about. Also, if you have Squad on PC theres a REALLY popular star wars mod that pretty much has 50v50 battles on all the planets you wished were in SWBF2
I still love this game. Playing it on my bad days has been such a blessing. It’s a shame how EA treated this franchise.
