- This Baba Is You levelpack invents new cursed rules for the sake of solving the level with some dumb pun or joke, 10/10. The way it's implemented is also inconsistent and sometimes has actual mistakes by the creator in how it was implemented, which honestly fits the theme of the pack.
NOTE: This pack is big but it's a beta and some levels/interactions were broken (I found 3 things I considered broken)

The "random mess of letters" levels are basically just a subset of the "kerning" problem, for which a generalized solution does not exist. therefor level is impossible :)

ampersand is called that because of "and per se and". "per se" is when you want to say you're referring to the actual character/letter, not a word. so "o per se o" would be used so people know you're not referring to "owe". similarly, "and per se and" was used so much that it got shortened to "ampersand".

And the symbol & is literally a ligature of the word "et", meaning "and" in Latin, created by medieval scribes so tired of writing this extremely common word, thus the need to refer to the symbol & as "& (symbol "and") per se (as the word) and", differently from just the word "and", which are both different from the signified "and". "TRE" is the same as "TER" because both can be expanded to "TEARE".
"FOARE" is the same as "FOR", which is the same as "FOUR", which is 4.

Is the precise spelling of the "typo" in the &-level "Amperesand"? That would sort of explain why "Text is win" creates sparks, as "Ampere" is the unit of electrical current. It might simply be another level of troll, and the sparking is the hint to think of "Ampere"
i think it was AMPEARSAND? even with PEA=P that doesn't really work out, and also it would mean the troll homophone solution was picked over a valid non-troll one

"PIXELs" are solid color blocks that are easily made to look like the border of the level. the actual level size is bigger than it appears to accommodate all the hidden text, then a fake border of pixels is placed around the level, and part of the additional text is "TEXT ON PIXEL IS HIDE". usually "PIXEL IS STOP" is itself located on a pixel so you can't see it, but I guess the creator decided it didn't matter. you can see the implementation at 26:26
