i personally wish primals would happen after gear was max able to much rng as is without gear factoring in biggest whale in my district but lose because my gear rng is trash is a sadge man

or alternatively the gear shouldn't be RNG during building. either give chests where you get to pick the item, have them predetermined or just don't give higher than max gear you can make instead rewarding stones

yes. you even get the reset tickets so if better option comes along while you lack the materials, you can just switch them over.
