I think ALL office people that are hired should be mandatory 2 weeks on a truck before they can be in the office so they have a very good idea of what goes on and learns to have respect for the drivers and what they endure on a daily basis. I really like the FEW trucking companies where ALL employees in the office were previously professional drivers.

Not a great company. Drove for them out of the Phoenix AZ terminal for a few years. Then came to my senses and realized there are other Commercial Trucking companies that pay more and have better and newer rigs...

They should implement a fuel pay system like Apple Pay , walk up scan the card or phone and your done.. it would save hundreds of thousands by the time the drivers fool with those terminal keypads

check your tires every time you stop 105 psi at 32 degrees is ideal for every 10 degrees increase in temp add 1 psi never drop a trailer that is not road ready or ready to load

Hello, good afternoon, today I discovered your videos, I love them, can I ask you a question? How can I do to be a driver of those beautiful trucks in the US? I am Argentino, Bus Driver with 27 years of experience. and for several years now I want to emigrate to work there, in trucks, but I never knew clearly how to do it. I know that you have to have and / or process a CDL license, but that can only be done while there. What do you tell me? At 51, do you think I have any chance? Is age an impediment? I don't speak English very well, but I think it's a matter of dedication. I would like you to help me know how it is. Thanks, very good videos.

Does Knight require a strict background check? Will you guys hire anyone with a white collar feeling in their past? I'd really love to to be a part of this company but I have a stupid felony from my past. Would that hinder getting hired?

Knight Transportation can I ask you a question please? It's very urgent actually. I'm considering going into trucking. My entire life I've been an operations manager, director of operations, vice president of business operations, and finally vice president of business development. So I have a ton of business management experience. In 2015 due to some unfortunate events out of my control some things happened with my old company and to make an example or of be in order to make themself look good they charged me with embezzlement so that they can walk away free and clear. U was given a prison sentence and served about 20 months of it and got it early for good behavior. The problem is now I can't find any corporate hide that will hire me die to my focusing on my background. My question is does Knight hire people who may have any convictions in their past history? Or is it automatic disqualification. I have watched every single knifht video on your channel and it's really love to go with with your company but in not sure if I even have a chance. Can you tell me if it is at all possible to be hired by you if I was qualifies otherwise? I am actually really looking forward to starting off as a driver because I think at this point in my life (43 years old) I'd love to just got the open road and clear my thoughts for a while before maybe seeing if I could nicer internally to the office side of the company positions. Can you please advice? I mean if you don't got feelings just tell me. I can take the bad news. You won't be the first door that had slammed in my face so I'd rather hear the truth than to go through the fake hiring process and then be told something didn't add do so i don't qualify. Can your PLEASE let me know? Thank you so much in advance for your response.

You only get one opportunity to tell game changers what matters. What good would it do to sit in silence as the miles pass. I talked as much about everything I could think of. Pages upon pages of notes were created. Unless someone speaks to be heard.. it's just words on deaf ears.

I'm sorry, but these day runs that these higher ups are doing is NOTHING compared to real OTR driving. Put these same people in a truck for 1 month of straight OTR driving, then they may get a taste of what it's like driving OTR, not this petty city work
