dude! You're over there mixing like a boss doing flawless transitions, and these kids don't even realize what is happening. such a shame. I am a blind DJ, and I can tell that you give it your all.
It’s hard to get kids that age up and going. They love to hang out on the dance floor and socialize. Great job at throwing everything and mixing all those type of music genres.
ugh Both up lights....I actually wonder if they would last as long as my Chauvet Freedom Pars which I bought in 2013 and they are still kickin'...keep djing!
Thanks for sharing. Did the students provide you with a playlist? Playing their requests first will help get them dancing right away. In my experience dj'ing at middle schools, the kids danced from the first song to the last. You're not going to get a more energetic, dancing group of people. They're the Tiktok generation. Try playing newer music and more TikTok songs and less older music.
For this event, I plugged everything into the furman. I didn’t have many outlets to work with here unfortunately. I usually try to split my subwoofers on their own circuit separate from the rest of my setup.
I use 2 wireless dmx receivers that connect to the wireless transmitter. Donner wireless dmx system paired with the ADJ DMX bridge and ADJ app on the iPad.
I might invest in moving heads at some point. Right now, my wash fx 2’s are what I need for about 95% of my events. Which moving heads do you recommend?
Good question! I actually have the subs on their own individual Aux Send sub group. My speaker XLR’s are coming out of the “Main Out’s” of my mixer and then my subs are coming out of my “Aux send out” running in mono. Other than that, I just have my cables nice and coiled up and clean.
I hope that all made sense…..I can make a video soon that shows how I set up my system when using subs if that would help you out. Let me know if you would like that.
@@DJ-BRY It would be awesome if you do a video because the set up looks pretty clean , also you should make a video how you pair your up lighting to your air stream . Thanks for respondíng 🖐🏼🖐🏼🖐🏼👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you brother! I appreciate that very much.
@@DJ-BRY you’re welcome.

TOUGH CROWD MAN....But your playing the right music.....
Dude, you had them at the first boom of the subs. Nice!

Thanks brother! I appreciate that. I enjoy watching your videos as well. Keep up the good work. You’re killing it!
All that equipment beautiful set up and all they do is stand around and talk shit that's why I do not waste my time anymore young school dances
Good job brotha! Once you had the kids going, it was set 💯🙌🏽
Awesome work!!

I did a High school ROTC military ball and they were the same. LOL 😆
Ahh kids will be kids gotta love em ... 🤔 lol
Q: What table is that you're using btw. Is it foldable and sturdy? Thx 👍🏾
The Wash Effects are bright
They are! They do a great job. I usually don’t ever have them up as bright as they can go either.
what do you plug into the furman power conditioner. just speakers and subs and plug the rest of equipment into the regular power strip or no?
For this event, I plugged everything into the furman. I didn’t have many outlets to work with here unfortunately.
I usually try to split my subwoofers on their own circuit separate from the rest of my setup.
How do you wire your wash fx2: Remote , controller, wireless, and daisy chain? Good job!
I use 2 wireless dmx receivers that connect to the wireless transmitter. Donner wireless dmx system paired with the ADJ DMX bridge and ADJ app on the iPad.
Geat job but whenever I see a large space like this I believe you need 2 moving heads at least! They add so much more life to the space.
I might invest in moving heads at some point. Right now, my wash fx 2’s are what I need for about 95% of my events. Which moving heads do you recommend?
How do you mount the wash fx on top of the speakers like that?? That’s awesome!! I’ve been trying to figure out how to do that
Just found your video on it!! Thank you so much 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Good job , how do you run and hide the xlr cables from your subs to your speakers ? It’s pretty clean I can’t see them behind your facade. 👍🏻👍🏻

@@rendonjmtb I just posted a video on how I hook up my subwoofers and speakers to my mixer. Go check it out!
Awesome job. How do you put lights on top of speakers? How do they stay in place?
Check out my latest video. I made a full video on how to mount my lights on top of the speakers.
Can you share your playlist. Where do you get music from? Sounds great
Most of my music is from BPM Supreme record pool, Direct Music Services record pool, and iTunes.
what are you using under your feet?
Can you put up the link for the light bar behind your facade ?? and what primary source do you use for your music I’d be interested to know ??
It’s called the ADJ UB 12H bar. A lot of my music comes from BPM Supreme and Direct Music Services record pools.
Where did you get your table your controller is setting on thanks
Home Depot I believe.
Can y also mount those moving lights on the speakers or just the ones u have
I would never recommend mounting moving lights on a speaker. I would always try to mount moving heads on either a light stand or a totem of sorts.
What speaker your using?
2 EV EKX 12p's(tops) and 2 EV EKX 15SP's(subs)
YOU NEED TWICE AS MUCH PA FOR THAT ROOM !
It worked just fine. Speakers never clipped and It was loud and clear. Got compliments on my sound.
What part of Texas you from im from Austin tx
I’m located in Fort Worth. But I service most of the DFW metroplex. I love Austin and visit frequently!
@@DJ-BRY yes I go as as Waco and San Antonio and Katy tx and h town
