"qualitative consistency", that's an interesting terminology... (20:00)

Right, Navaneet. The way I frame it, there is a consistent underlying process with a lot of surface variation. For example, it's the same Self waking up in all cases. Yet there are 5 typical ways the first shift is recognized. And innumerable experiences that may come along for the ride.
As a result, it becomes important to distinguish the awakening itself, the experiences that came with it, and the purification it triggered. If we confuse them, we can miss what awoke and fall back in the mind or chase what is temporary.

Well, that's not entirely true but in the current time, things are doing a lot of purifying so it often feels pretty constant. It will ease at some point. :-)

@@davidya True. Definitely noticing the collective waves.
Here is does appear to go deeper and older as it cycles around, and when there is resolution followed by a new lightness and more more subtle knowingness, which I can't seem to describe. This spring had been and continues to be exceptional.

@@loreyhobbs1112 Yes, it is going older and deeper which does indicate progress in the collective. Some of the emotional tone has become pre-verbal, for example like a vague but strong angst.
To describe takes the mind. The new or the very subtle or the unclear are harder to give words to.
      Lovely.
If the collective flowers the way the personal did, we'll see some remarkable times... :-)

    Hi David.
I often wonder if we, lgbt people, will be ever able to live freely all around the world? In many places they are opressed and abused. Georgia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, even in Poland and Hungary there is a backlash against them. How will healing the collective affect us? I know that in many places, including Slovenia, it is getting better and better. But will it be better for all of us? Soon?
There is a lot of trauma they experience in their lives. When i see the news how neo nazis or religious fundamentalists are violent toward them it is heart breaking. As a gay man i am faced to deal with my fears and anger when i see that. I admit that at this moment, i am unable and unwilling to look with forgiving and loving eyes at the opressors. But i am aware i need to deal with it if i want it or not...
Do you have any view on that, please?
    Thank you.

      Hi Bojan
The issues are complex. But in essence, an identified ego feels insufficient and unsafe. It tries to identify "right and wrong", its tribe and what is "other." Other can be those of a different sexual orientation, gender, race, nation, language, income, party, or even just those we disagree with. Our tribe is those who validate our judgments. When we label others wrong, we can feel right and sufficient, even though this is quite arbitrary and delusional.
The News illustrates this with stories of what's wrong and who's to blame.
We all play roles as oppressor and victim in all sorts of ways to support this construct.
However, when we see though the possessive personal self and recognize our nature is universal, that need for defense falls away. Then our narratives that supported the divisions can fall away too.
When enough people in the collective have this shift, then the collective will no longer support such conceptual divisions and they'll fall away. More of this has become conscious recently and much more is yet to come.
When will vary by region and there is a lot healing to be done. Forgiveness comes after sufficient healing.
Most important for you is how you can contribute to this by healing and awakening. It's not something that will be solved on the surface.

@@davidya Thank you. I am aware that i have to contribute to this by healing and awakening. It is interesting that i got a homophobic slure message from someone and while reading that hate message, your message came! Polar oposite of that other person. Maybe this is some sinhronicity which is reminding me to really speed up my healing process. But there is a lot of resistance in me and it's hard...

@@Bojan_V Yes, the message was for all readers. Remind yourself that the messenger is really telling you about their fears. It's not really personal at all.
On healing, this isn't personal so it's not something you can speed up. But you can learn to cooperate more deeply with the process underway rather than getting in the way of it, as most of us do. So yeah, it can be hard. It's so easy to fall back into our habits and justify our position and grievances. But in the bigger picture, we chose this life and circumstances. So how can we make the best use of it and learn and grow? Meantime, find places where it's safe to be yourself and try to avoid places where spewing is common. :-)
