  • In this video you will meet our new peer mentor, Riley, as she leads Emmanuel through exercises that require limited equipment, and a small amount of space that can make a big impact in your homes, classrooms, and facilities. To help Emmanuel engage in exercises he has never done before, Riley and Coach Dave use a variety of visual supports - whiteboard, visual exercise system cards, and even hula hoops - to help Emmanuel stay on task, build his confidence, and have success during the session. Be sure to watch the last exercise, "Crossover March," and you will also witness the confidence Riley has built in leading Emanuel after only a few exercises.
