I love these videos but I believe it would be more hilarious if he just approached and said hes going to clean and then move the weight without and conversation.
Those big fellas shouldn't be lifting 100 lb dumbbells, they should be pressing at least 175 pounders. I see guys that weigh 165 lbs pressing 115 pounders.
The very first clip was the best!!!! These 2 jug-heads wouldn't even give you the time-of-day and acting all tough & macho then got SCHOOLED!!!!!!!! 🤣🤣
exactly... a "strong" bodybuilder is a term refered to as someone with muscle bulk but no actually strength. Anatoly proves them wrong once again. I am not huge but have broken bench press records for my size.
How do any of these guys lift that weight without getting major neck pain afterwards? Every time I do back workouts, the back of my neck feels like someone hit it with a baseball bat. If I exercise the back of my neck separately it's not as bad can I get insane headaches just about every time I work my back or my shoulders. I've only been back at it for 6 weeks and I took about a 15-year break. It's not coming from blood pressure either. Do any of you suffer from this?
I'm not strong as this cat at deadlift for sure but I used to have a mean bench press. 400 lb and I'm 5 foot 7. I guess I did mostly a powerlifting workout but because of many back injuries that had nothing to do with weightlifting, I stay away from heavyweight on deadlifts. I like to get some in just for my back health but that kind of white would kill me. I would be in a wheelchair. In my day I could probably give Anatole a run for his money on bench press but those freaking traps in that deadlift are way past anything I've ever had the ability to do. When doctors took a CT scan of my spine they wanted to know how I walked in their office. I never tried to deadlift over about maybe 125 lb to maybe 175 at the most and that was in my Prime. I just wasn't ever going to be good then lifting. I've had rotator cuff surgery and I'm struggling getting my chest back to the size it used to be but I can't lift the weight I once did. I'm 54, I'm just glad that my muscles are actually getting puffed up but I really do it so I can be in good health and strong so I can keep up with the young man on the job. It'll be a couple more months before I really start seeing some good strength gains and feel like I can do a full-blown workout without dying. I get some good workouts in now, but I work out really hard maybe one day a week. I used to work out really hard 3 days a week and then run or hit a heavy bag three other days of the week I doubt I'll ever hit heavy bag again. I don't want my rotator cuff surgery to explode I love doing upper body aerobics with heavy bag gloves on though. I've been thinking about getting a double end bag and just work some easy stamina and see where I can go from there. Like I said, I'm 6 weeks in and that's the longest I've stuck with a program in 15 years. I'm just happy that I am seeing some progression in strength and build. I know it's not a bodybuilder thing but I fast a couple days a week. I might start doing it 3 days a week. I just started doing it three or four weeks ago and I don't understand how I can go a whole day without eating and feel great especially after a hard workout. I load up on calories and protein on the weekends and own bodybuilding days I eat good at night before I go to bed but I left in the morning and I don't get hungry after I lyft, so I just go the rest of the day fasting and make sure I get good solid protein before I go to bed. No one told me to do this. I just tried it and it seems to be working for me.
This is the exact reason I quit the gym !!! People can’t leave people alone in the gym !!!! I’m there to work out and want to be left alone !!!! This guy just wants everyone to look at him and see how strong he his …. Nobody cares !! Leave people alone !!!!
While i can understand being want to be alone you could always politely tell people after you are training thats not a very good reason to quit it to be honest
It.must be a gutter ,when you think you are impressing other gym.people with your impressive lifting ,andca guy who looka all of 11.5 stones lifts the same weight without straps or a belt.
Egos and Biceps humbled. Awesome 👍.

Hey I like how that dude gave respect at the end.
Does anyone notice how Anatoly can speak clearly while lifting? I think he should include this in his routine because very few can do it.

In all seriousness though 200kg is not a heavy deadlift n he should of absolutely not dropped that.
The first guy is such a tool
Isn't he!
It looks like a lot of those big muscle bound lifters are ready to give up and go to the bar after Anatoly shows them up😅
😂😂
Hahaha! For real. Talk about deflating someone's ego, lol.
Congratulaciones... pero me gustaría que hubiera traduccion al español
A, A, A, Y did it A.
Well I think that in this story there is something wrong, because none of these guys are bodybuilders but just some fools who are strong rsrsrsr
