@@chasemoon4774 it's not ukranian, it's rather slavic. there are different styles of cooking borsh: Moldavian, Ukranian, Russian, Polish etc. I assume mongolians tend to cook russian version, because Ukraine is too far from Mongolia, and historically Mongolia and Russia has lot of connections.
