This flat belly workout is perfectly suitable for beginners as it involves no jumping, no squats, and no lunges. It will however make you sweat and feel the burn in your upper abs, lower abs and your obliques.
All you have to do is engage your core by keeping your tummy tucked in while performing this 30 min STANDING ABS routine.
Let's get SUPER ABS with simple standing exercises anyone can do! This workout will make you sweat while targeting the entire core from a standing position. Get a smaller waist by creating a calorie deficit and incorporating specific exercises that will tone the waistline.
This workout is low impact, all standing, and apartment friendly! It's quiet and can be performed in small spaces. You can use this workout to burn calories and tone your ab muscles using absolutely no equipment!

I absolutely love these workouts! I suffer from mennieres (vertigo), so i modify several of them, but as long as i can get a solid 30+ minutes in of active movement, i feel good!

I don’t have the energy when I get home from work, just want to fall in my bed🙃 😅 when I get up it’s time for some housekeeping, making dinner. After dinner I am full so that doesn’t work for me. When I don’t work the nightshift I got so much more energy to work out.

Woo super effective... So far today I have consumed 40oz of water towards my daily gallon goal... According to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode I burned 342 calories...
