Dhalsim! The yoga master, he doesn't have too many combos, but he's really good at poking. The AI sometimes gets a little freaked out by the coverage you have, and so they're kinda dumb. I had to exploit that. I hope you enjoy!

Now that the 3DS emulator is advanced enough, it seems you can also TAS Super Street Fighter 4! Some of the characters unfortunately are not there but the other 38 still are!
A veyr good contender for Tasing is SFEX3, you can do lot of amazing feats there as there is an in-built "special-move frame cancel on hit" technique too.

Absolutely! That sounds like a blast. Do you want 4rd Strike with all the buffs and stuff or base 3S? If it was my decision I’d pick 4S, cause they both got some really cool buffs.
(And if we are doing 4rd Strike, I may pick SA3 for Alex, just because he’s got a brand new super and it looks super good in combos. Hope that’s ok ^^)
