XvSF time, this is one of my favorite games to work on. Picked both Sabretooth and Dhalsim which are solid picks for a good run abusing off many infinites and 100%. Hope you all enjoy this!

The way Sabretooth just goes apeshizz berserk on the opponents here, is exactly how I imagine Sabretooth would actually fight if he was written and directed properly or was real.
This is definitely among the Top 5 XM VS SF TASs I've ever seen. And loved that Dhalsim is finally used, as he is such an underrated SF Character.

Bug specific to that move I think.
I mean, these guys are pretty good for combos, even without tas, so that would be interesting to see this video

Opa valeu, há mais links até que me inspiram a chegar nos combos que chego nestes marvel games como o canal do izumojinx, tanto o site quanto os combovideos dele me ajudaram muito a conseguir entender bastante como funciona marvel games, outros também mas este é um bom exemplo para estes marvel mais antigos já que ele até escreveu como funciona seja glitches, posições e combos em seu site.

well.... tecnically there are sequels, and prequels, they're the marvel games, Marvel vs capcom, Marvel Super Heroes vs street fighter, Marvel vs SNK, etc. etc.
but i'm with you, i miss some of the X-men cast like sabretooth and rogue.

@@Oficial_Dark-Noob I guess because he's second to the star representative of the Arc, like Daffy is to Bugs, etc. It's wasted potential. His personality is robust and loveable, yet highly aggressive and more vicious.
Who knows, maybe he will, since Wolverine had his own and both of them are biologically related.

I've never learned to combo like this. How would I go about learning?
Well, there are not many transcripts I have acess to describe every combo, what I do suggest is to visit magnetro2k channel who explain how to combo at marvel vs capcom 2 which has a similar combo engine as this game, that should help you to understand how the combo system of marvel games works.

In simplification most of the combos you see in old marvel vs. games are just air kicks + punches besides characters that has fly, charge or are able to perform quick dashes during normal moves like chun-li, watch the video at 0.25 speed and you will notice that, the hard thing about these combos are the right timing to conect every hit, also every vs. game has it's own field atributes, like xmvsf is a bit more easy to juggle or conect any hit that will not be possible at games live mshvsf or mvc. Knowing it you will start having a better idea on how some combos are did and how to do them.
Only characters that requires charge like Nash, the ones who can do quick dashes during moves or the ones who fly are a bit harder to get the combos, because charge, flying gives them ability to make more hits than usual like Storm, Magneto and M.Bison (Bison a bit easier than the other two) charge and fly mechanic allow these characters to keep canceling moves for example normal punch into sonic boom, somersault kick for nash or air combo + 3 punch from a magneto/storm that let them keep extending his combo while canceling, same thing for the quick dash characaters like chun-li that has some frame advantage to perform dash + cancel at the same time to conect into anything.

Do you mean playing with all the roster or a playaround mixing all characters into a unique footage? I'm already thinking on doing a playaround showing everything like all characters, combos and glitches, now playing with all the roster can be a option too since I love this game :)

Uma duvida esse tool assisted ele funciona em qualquer jogo ?
As ferramentas são fornecidas nos emuladores especificamente e não nos games, os emuladores são os que se encontram no próprio site que as disponibiliza que é a tasvideos: tasvideos.org/EmulatorResources.html
Há também emuladores não oficiais que também possuem as ferramentas também como é o caso do emulador de ps2 (pcsx2-rr) esse você pode encontrar no site do próprio pcsx2 ou no site emuCR: www.emucr.com/ basta procurar por pcsx2 nas categorias que você vai encontrar a última versão e nela você consegue jogar com as ferramentas também. Se você quer se informar mais como são feitos estes vídeos e o porque na descrição tem uns links que podem ajudar também, inclusive tem artigos em PT-BR dando introdução e resumindo tool assisted.

@@ZikoRenamonSou eu fazendo todos movimentos num arquivo que depois reproduz como um arquivo de gravação, por trás de todo TAS que você assiste houve uma pessoa realizando todos aqueles inputs manualmente, não é nenhuma tipo de bot/IA programado que realiza todos comandos para você, tudo é gravado manualmente e no fim reproduzido pelo emulador.

@@ZikoRenamonÉ bem comum a dúvida de como se comportaria jogar vs uma IA de um jogo forte semelhante ao que comentam em vídeos meus de mortal kombat 2, bem eu posso dizer com clareza que é impossível de alguma IA sequer fazer algo quando se trata de tool assisted porque podemos jogar frame a frame, então mesmo IA programada para reagir mesmo que em frame perfeito a cada reação sua você pode contrapor com outro movimento, basta encaixar no frame certo, só seria impossível não contrapor se o jogo não oferecer isso ou se tudo que foi programado para a IA fazer não existir maneiras de esquivar ou rebater (estaria também ligado com o fator do jogo não te dar opções também) com exceção desses fatores tudo é tecnicamente fácil de evitar, podemos manipular também o IA de alguns jogos para realizar certos movimentos ou tomar certas ações só com direcionais ou movimentos comuns, ai isso possibilita certos combos serem feitos mas é algo mais avançado e difícil de se fazer.
