This is a classic. I was a member of Danny Eason’s choir from the time we were called Brooklyn Youth. Later renamed Abundant Life Crusade by Bishop Hezekiah Walker.. We had some great times. Thanks for sharing this. This summer would’ve been our 30 yr anniversary.
Craig Wiggins is missed so much by so many. I met Craig in Massachusetts in 1987 at GJCC. We had a crew of 30+ that bonded and formed a family. Craig kept us all straight. He would tell you off one minute & love on you the next. Fast forward to 2017. After 27 or 28 years we planned a class reunion. I believe our reunion that year in Connecticut was divinely ordered by God because the next year we loss Craig. We had an awesome time. Craig made a banana pudding he made that was amazing, we couldn't get enough of it. Whenever he went on tour overseas he would check into our group chat. Last chat we had he said he was about to return home and we would. I told him I would give him a few days before reaching out to him, because I know that jet lag is real. We were in the process of planning our next reunion for the summer following Craig's return. We waited to hear from him. We began to ask each other, "have you heard from Craig yet?" No one had. Then one Sunday morning before I got up to dress for church a classmate first called me and said she was sending me an article and to read it then call her back. I was floored and speechless, nor could I believe what I had read. We all sent up prayers for him. Then, August, we got a call that he had transitioned. Oh how devastated I was to hear this news. I thank God he allowed us to be with Craig one last time before He called him home. The next reunion we had surely was not the same without him. How I miss him so much. When we talk about our days at Grafton, we always mention Craig because he was always there keeping us all straight. I/we miss you Bruh. Reunions haven't been the same without you. Sleep in peace my friend, until we meet again. Love you so much! 😢❤😘
