Fact about the video. As people know they are very expensive. During the shoot one of the dancers (originally Freddie wanted 1000 of them) sprained her ankle. Freddie insisted on going to hospital with her to make sure she was ok. He stayed there for 4 hours visiting patients in. His white jacket etc. Needless to say the director etc were not happy as they were waiting for him, getting paid of course.
I had never heard this before, but with all the kindness and generosity Freddie was known to have, I would not be at all surprised!
He must have been a sensation turning up in that outfit!!! He seemed to be a very gentlemanly and kind person.
That woman smashed her head wen man pushed her in practice..Freddie took her to hospital for stitches but signed autographs while waiting..😊

This video is adorable, I love it. Love the song too. ❤❤❤ He wasn't together with Jim at the time of writing this song. He was there during the shooting of the video though. And no one knows who he wrote Love Of My Life for. It's not a fact that it was for Mary.

@@slimshady27 Then how do you know?? Was it the boyfriend?? Because if so, that's the source. NO ONE has said who Love Of My Life is about. Because no one knows. And if someone do know, they haven't said. Live Of My Life is not a love song anyway, it's a song about someone leaving him. The only way it would make sense if it was about Mary is if that was from HER perspective, which it could be. He had a relationship already with another guy when he and Mary broke up and he never pi ed for her or was sad it was over. He was happy to be out aboyt his sexuality with her and there was no hard feelings.

Mr Bad Guy sounds more current NOW than it did in 1985 . I used to own all the 12' inch remixes off this album
I Was Born to Love You was the biggest success of Freddie Mercury's solo career here in Brazil. The second was How can I Go on (with Montserrat Caballé). Queen's version is more hard rock with an excellent guitar solo.
