I have heard it by many singers but this one is the BEST. Eventhough I like hindustani classical music, this presentation in Raag Brindavani Sarang is very heart touching. More than the style of singing , the main element required for singing marathi abhangs/bhjans is BHAKTHI which is very much in his singing which makes it apart from the renditions of the same song from other singers. Without doubt this is the BEST.

The sheer power of his vocal pitch and the speed in which Dr Balvalliji has presented this song has been most impressive and remains unmatched till date.. Every artiste has his / her own stamp of artistry. Therefore at best by not being judgemental, we can conclude that Hari Bhagavathar's version is a good attempt for presentation of this lilting bhajan.. P H Ramani.
