Now that Coaster Studios travels worldwide, it would be cool if you added the country and city in the rolling on-screen text details for your POV rides/reviews videos.
@@nancyfarkas3592 a) There's no talking in most of the POV rides, b) they're not always inncluded in the video title, c) it's nice to be able to read them even when they're spoken, d) Is there anything else you'd like to get off your chest? Sometimes it's good to let it all out.
That's really cool that this one goes around twice. It's such a quirky layout, but the drop is very intense and the hang time is some of the best I've felt.
As far as building the roller coaster goes, this looks like a cost-efficient way for people to feel dropped and upside down multiple times. I bet the engineers behind this were like, "Hey, we got a ride that's nice and compact that'll fit in your park nice and easy AND still give people the thrill of being thrust downwards upside down, and in a corkscrew at the same time."
@@maxhagenauer24 To be fair this also wasnt marketed at larger parks. When Skyline park got this they were a pretty small park. The Skyloop was always meant as a cheaper but still eyecatching coaster for smaller parks where overall capacity wasnt as much of an issue. And if at a midsized park, the Skyloop would usually be a supporting ride, rather than the standout attraction.
63 mph is actually kinda wild for the layout lol everything about this is a big NOPE from me (I can’t stand vertical lifts or excessive hangtime), but I’m impressed nonetheless
Verbolten is fire. Wish they would restore some theming though, and stop marketing it as a “family” coaster, verbolten is definitely at least a thrill coaster.
Yeah. it has a bit of headbanging at the last turns (i think so, lots of other people say otherwise) but yeah I think the lack of theming really ruins it. I think i went in like 2022 or something and there was a bit more, I went in june and there was almost none in the building. i'm pretty sure it was only the colored lights and the sounds, no cutouts of leaves or anything.
@@YeetCat I don’t think there’s really any headbanging the tracks got a little vibration but the cushioned seats and lap bars make up for that, although the seats hurt my crotch sometimes.
I have never been on one but I’ve seen one from up close (Ukko at Linnanmäki, the park was closed but the ride is only a few steps away from the entrance barriers) and I think that while they look kinda impressive, they’re pretty ugly, especially the big truss tower supporting the lift. It also uses like 4-5 different track spine types despite the extremely short layout, so it really looks quite disgraceful
It depends. Some have gotten rougher than others, and they are definitely very intense and not for people who hate hangtime and although the ride cycle is short it's not disappointingly short. Would much rather take one of these than a Skyrocket II if I had to pick between rides of similiar footprint and capacity, mainly because Skyrocket IIs are so tame and the launch is so slow. (plus the horribly cramped trains on those)
@shroomyesc Sky Rocket 2s are not tame. They are actually pretty intense with good positive Gs, hangtime, and ejector airtime. They look way more fun and intense than one of these Sky Loops honestly.
@@maxhagenauer24 I mean idk. I've been on both and imo Sky Rocket 2s are tame. The launch is too gradual and the forces are average and the trains are so bad that I can't enjoy it anyway.
@@shroomyesc I will agree with you on the trains because there is absolutely no leg room and it's very hard and tight to squeeze in and out of the train. The restraints can also be restrictive depending on what they are.

They are pretty good at telling people where they are. Most people know where these rides are located and it says in the video title where they are.

Was so cool running into you three in Munich. Thanks for taking a minute to chat, enjoy the rest of your trip!

They were also probably like "Yeah it also has the worst capacity of any coaster you can normally get!".

@@drdewott9154 Sure but Parque de Atracciones de Madrid is not a small park and they have Abismo which has an even longer layout.
This ride sux ass.
I wouldn't be surprised if this ride was the inspiration behind Premier's Skyrocket II
coaster studios guess what im going to sfmm the thrill capital of the world
Who else thought they were looking at a giraffe in the thumbnail
@coasterstudios wish I can travel and ride roller coaster with y’all how do I make that happen
Tory & Sam: "We embarrassed him."
Devin: "Hold my Ex-Lax."
Kenny: 💩💩💩
imagine that was in vegas😮
If u want to ride som similar it’s one at Magic Springs in Arkansas
Please when you show Location put in the city and country or state. It's not much more work for you and people would really appreciate it.

Feel like the coaster was made by an 8 yr old in Planet Coaster. They made the lift hill then hit auto complete then called it a day.
That's insane
If only the Maurer X-cars weren't that uncomfortable and rattely.
The ride itself is quite nice but i hate the restraints
Verbolten haters when they realize Germany has awesome coasters:

Remove SBMM from Call of Duty.
This had to be soooo cheap to build. I can only imagine.
I wonder how upside down antirollbacks work.
The chain reverses, I'm guessing the anti rollback is a gearbox by the lift motor.
@christopherfinch-mccollum1753 Oh so not actual antirollbacks. I guess it can't become it literally does rollback every ride.
I never understood if SkyLoops were good or not. I only remember hearing good things about Abismo but not these.

This ride makes no sense at all whatsoever. 🙄🤦🏻♂️ But then again, it's Maurer, the maker of Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, so there ya go. 🤦🏻♂️
