When I saw the cover of the video I couldn't believe you were talking about Tian Bao Fuyao Lu! I say, it's kind of like an accomplishment?? I just love this story and I had a lot of emotions reading it, the couple is also surprisingly cute and they manage to get along so well and have such a mature and confident relationship that it makes you sigh! The secondary couple goes through a lot of ups and downs but in the end you're like "I want what they've got". Also the subplots and the mystery of the protagonist's origin make you create dozens of theories and not be able to stop reading! The Donghua to this is also good!! Season 3 just finished releasing so now we are waiting for season 3!! And the Manhua is also really good!! I can’t wait to see my fav character be put into it!!

You should try reading We are different, Your majesty on Bilibili! It's not done yet but I think its relatively underrated and updates weekly! Not as good as tgcf but definitely worth a try!

As someone who practically wakes up everyday to check for updates on literally all the historical BL on BiliBili I have to say there's another manhua with the same author as this one and it's called 'Dinghai Fusheng Records' The MC there is also very pure and you'd be surprised to know that we get a kiss scene(ish) and probably to your surprise it's on episode 1/ start of chap.2 💀, I'm not kidding go check it out yourself in the donghua or manhua

@@TOE-u2d 黄金台 (Huang jin tai) is a good historical BL and it’s used pretty accurate timelines. It’s healthy but sad and the main cp isn’t minors.
