Love y'all's videos. It would be a blast to spend a day with y'all. But as I live in Montpelier, Mississippi, USA it's not possible. So I get joy watching y'all have fun and uncover history. Marie, I love the history lessons you add in. Thanks for all y'all do.
Bless you for your kind words xx
Lots more to come from us
On the Water in a boat without either Oars or Oar hooks (Rowing Hooks) AKA Rowlocks)).! What if the motor fails.? You would have to walk.
Consider yourselves told off.!
Nice scenery, and some interesting finds as always.
David in Lincolnshire.
Lol, we had rowlocks and oars in the boat incase of a engine failure.
Thanks though and glad you enjoyed
@@PeakyDippers There are definitely no Oars or Rowlocks in the boat. Where are they stored.? 29.30..
Just watching now on TV looking forward to it xx
I like the time jump when getting into the boat, 07/10/2041, and time 23.43.10, look forward to seeing that later😁
Sorry steve the royalists followed the king it was the parliamentarians that chased the king 👍🏼
At least you are making the rivers and canals safe for other people to use them nice job 👍

Thanks David 🤗
Love the history lesson amazing 😊
Thanks Theresa 🤗
Thank you for another well produced and interesting video. I appreciate the time you put in to doing such a good job. Two asides; first have you considered equipping your boat with a long handled litter picker for retrieving non-ferrous objects that you sometimes see in shallow water? and secondly I have recently been reading a series of period 'whodunit' books set in the 1640s where the hero is known as 'Seeker'. The author is S.G.MacLean. These books are full of fascinating historic detail as well as being good whodunits and I found that what I learned from them only increased my interest in your video.
Thank you for your input, really appreciate it. Funny enough we've just brought a grabber. Book sounds interesting, thank you I'll take a look. 🤗
Your videos make my day!👍💓
Thank you 🤗

Oh great ... and I thought someone reported me as a spammer ...
Love it when he jealous 😂😂😂
🤣
What did Steve do eat a history book lol
ive searched flintlock /matchlock/wheellock/percusion lock mechanisms and i havent seen anything that resmbles your find and to me looks way too long and to deep and the postion of the hole would create to much travel for a gun trigger. i have owned a doglock musket ( early flintlock 17th cent replica ) and even in that the trigger was much much shorter. So i honestly dont belive its a gun trigger sadly sorry. However it could be a very early crossbow trigger as they needed the pivit very high up to engage the tumbler block( nut) that retains the string. Them triggers came in allsorts of shapes and sizes all with the pivit high up and very long
Almost looks like a house jack that can b adjusted
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
22:59 10 Ton PORTOPOWER Hydraulic body jack
Thanks Richard
Please I'm having a hard time figuring out what is a stingy? I'm canadain and never heard of that before.
Stingy is the name of Mr fox's underwater drone that he has acquired.
We are yet to put some underwater footage out of it in action, maybe a couple of weeks and we will have him doing his thing x
Just couldn’t make the live today I was delivering some homemade meals to some needy
Bless you Marie x
I found a picture of your trigger how do I send it to you
Are you on Facebook, you could send it to the Peaky Dippers page.
Are people allowed to do the Thames?
Yes as long as its not the golden mile infront of parliament
Bye bye
First ...
Toyah and her husband do youtube videos there 👍🏼
