Many people have taken possession, 150 family living, there, water tanker hard water supply, they charging 1000rs for water , 2500 monthly maintenance, without justification of payment breakdown. 60 people have filled case against pareena in hrera, where buder have to pay penalties, but that is not final how much. But it will be in lac atleast per buyer who filled case. Pete living there faces many problems, live no shop in society, commercial section non working. Have to go outside to buy or order online
As per HRERA no maintenance charges payable for five years after possession. As to why the Builder is demanding maintenance charges in advance for 12 months?

Govt has also not done any external development work .How will people have access to flats whenever they get the possession. Additional demand is made to create dispute only so that builder will get time to say that as additional payment is not made the buyers are not entitled to possession .Some staff is left in office who do not have authority to do anything for problems of buyers
If there is any group please add maine bhi pareena main flat liya hai they have demanded huge amt of interest for payment late and 2 lakh execess from the amt decided for flat 16lac something why di i pay interest when their posession is late they should pay interest for late posession n they are demanding interest for what

Exact Carpet area mein, builder ki taraf se 6-7sq.ft ka excess amount hai, , around 24000-20000 per allotee, I self measurements at mine flat. It is almost 20-21 Crore scam by builder, I am going to complaint under Rera & HRERA act.
