    interesting analysis! Also remember that when you included the familiars in the test, you gained "familiarity" stats - explaining in parts why you went from 36 to 42 kills.

    Nice explanation first, you should have much more views here mate, you have done excellent job.
    The only thing that I am missing here as the confirmation that these familiars would be useless if you add on your castle wall and you get hit by inf blast. I am speaking here as an f2p person who have couple of months ago made the Blackwing familiar elder and now I wonder if it was worth it or not :).
    Will you maybe provide some info about the new added Hell Drider skill , this Hellish Curse?

      I've sadly stopped playing lords as of a year or so ago so I'm not covering the new content and changes they've made since then. Having those familiars on the wall usually is a bad idea if you are not a rein trap. The reason behind it is having to lose a lot of your troops before they start procking at all and even then they may not prock enough times to make them better than plain stats familiars.
      If you are losing that many troops already you are probably already dead in the water from the get go. They also as far as I remember are being calculated from the total amount of troops you have and not your frontline troops. So if you are for instance a regular filler who's got say 15mil each t2, 3m each t4 and 500k each t5 you can see where this starts to become a problem.
      If you can show/tell me what the new hell drider thing does I might be able to help with it.

      @@lazoGames Ahhh , sorry to hear that mate, I look you have really good looking accounts there, maybe you come back?
      I dont play a lot like in the past , but still losing 30-60 min per day ( as much as kids allowing :) ), as I lost my believe that as an f2p you can do something more than be a filler :).
      Regarding battles, I often lose 4% when a titan hits me, who has 900+ stats as thats about 700k-1mil troops for me to be lost ( usually 25mil in castle), but still I dont think I will add on the wall, especially after I saw your video and confirmed my thoughts.
      The only thing I wonder now is that I have 760 briliant orbs which I was collecting them as an f2p for 2.5 years :) and how to use them for the best.
      And I still have no p5 familiar skill, no gryphon, nothing, and I have 4 famliar slots opened.
      Hell drider skill is called Helish Curse, which is working something like Tempestite , its frozing ( petrifing ) the largest squad after 7% of your troops are down and it goes up to 11 seconds stun.

      @@johnmalkovich8619 That sounds like quite a lot of a stun, the battles are 42 seconds iirc of actual interactions so 11 seconds ARE HUGEEEEEEEE. Although even for you with a smaller comp of only 25mil if you are losing even 1mil troops per hit that's still like 4% or so. If you are looking purely for defense stuff, I still believe that true stats such as MAX HP and buffs to your default frontline are probably better than any of the above. It would be a very niche case of you not being there to swap in time for it to actually matter/make a difference tbh.
      If you are doing some offensive stuff here and there, gryphon has and always probably will be the most OP familiar as it's army attack is so nice especially for f2p's since you can put it into every march. Min-maxing is tough in this game (trust me, it's by design like that) so it's obviously not optimal and your hits will still suck ass for the most part but it's probably better to be able to hit with all 3 types instead to focus on one if you'll always stay a filler and just want to solo out remainders during a rally party or something.

    What if your range fams hits inf(largest squad)?

    • @lazoGames
      @lazoGames  3 роки тому +1

      it is calculated as range vs inf damage, this damage does NOT stack with the counter stats that were introduced

      @@lazoGames I hate attacking nests that have, hard to explain so I will be detailed.
      When nest has inf and range, and there is more inf than range. I dont touch those. But lets say I wanted to attack it just so I dont scout more. I know the inf is going to be in the front. Should I send an cav pact 5 fam and inf pact 5 fam just to do double damage to help me get through both troop types while I send an infantry blast of troops?

    • @lazoGames
      @lazoGames  2 роки тому

      @@waltermh111 that's not how that works, you need to have cav troops to deal cav to inf damage. If say the nest is 70%inf and 30% range. If it also is in inf front, and your inf stats are not high enough for it to break the nests inf you should send cav in range phalanx with all cav fams. This should almost always work if your cav hp is high enough.

    • @waltermh111
      @waltermh111 2 роки тому

      @@lazoGames hmm, yes, but even in range phalanx, just do a tiny inf buffer? I worry about the range. Usually if it's say 1.5m inf and 1.5m range, I would send 500m inf and the rest cav in inf phalanx. Why send in range phalanx instead of inf?
      I have been experimenting with sending 2 types and I am learning but it's definitely something I need more work on.
