I ran this 3 days ago and a few things have changed; you don't have to hit each step up and down; have to shuffle side to side and the bag must be carried from the top, not scooped up like here. It's also 4:45 for most agencies but 4:00 even for the RCMP now. Well done!
Lindsay Ferrier I would work on circuit training techniques which would familiarize your body when completing intervals. A thing that I always found to help my running and breathing techniques were running with the telephone poles. I would start jogging and then sprint once I'd get to the first pole, then jog to the next.

3:46 is excellent timing. The limit is 4:45 and he completed it about a minute before that.
Thinking of getting into CBSA and was wondering how demanding the physical testing would be but this seems doable! Thanks for the vid!
Very impressed for your run. I am in a Policing program at the moment and will be taking the PARE test next year, do you have any tips for training?

Do a house of pain circuit exercise. It's also a lot of fun
I am a small guy, about 5”5 slim built. any advice?
drew just make sure you have good technique when doing the exercise. It's more technique over strength. Focus on that and you'll be good to go!
So he was allowed to cross his feet during the “Push”. I have been penalized for crossing my feet
