yes mere saath is month yahi hua sis pura month mene hope rakhi ki mujhe conceive ho gya h but mujhe period aa gye or m bhot hi upset ho gayi hu kyunki mujhe treatment karwate hue 8 years ho gye h ab to mujhe lagta hi nhi h ki kuch accha results aayega😭😭

i was diagnosed with pcos at the age of 12, I'm 15 now. it has been such a strenuous journey. Pcos has ruined my daily life in crazy amount of things. I do maintain a healthy lifestyle, but yk sometimes I loose it, I feel like crying my heart out. Body Dismorphia, Insecurities, so much more. I really hope I make it till the end!
you are not alone dear... at your age I also use to feel the same... I use to cry... even today sometimes I feel low.. but its ok dear... we are still in better state than the people who are fighting fr life, handicapped, burnt, etc...right?? we only have one very small condition (moreover lifestyle condition ) to deal with PCOD... kya h baccha unwanted hair remove kr lo, pimple makeup se hide kr lo, weight exercise se kam kr lo, healthy lifestyle rakh lo, infertility ke liye we have the best doctors, options... why toh feel disheartened & depressed... cheer up! your are just 15... be positive & stay positive.

I too got Married in 2014 still trying to Conceive.... Always mild pcos & nowadays ET is getting thin 5 to 6mm though I hope one day In shaa Allah I too will have but still the stress doesn't leave me alone 😔

Itni complications ke baad bhi aapka concive ho gya but mujhe koi complications nhi fir bhi yahi treatment 2cycle fail ho gya ab amine treatment bnd kr diya

I have consulted dieticians twice in my life... I am going to make a video what chart or routine they use to give me... which use to start with empty stomach honey cinnamon water ( which is best to regularise periods )... she use to cut my whole day diet in 8 meals.. and restricting few vegetables and fruits... I will make a detailed video on that 👍

darne vaala kuch bhi nhi h dear... har kisi ko conceive krne mein dikkat nhi aati... mostly log bahut easily conceive kar lete h... weight mat kam karo... exercise fit rehne or healthy routine ke liye bhi karte h... basic exercise like 30 mins of aerobics, brisk walking and healthy diet pr dhyan rakho orr +ve raho... sab accha hoga future mein... :) all the best :)

Mera ovulation induction chal raha tha meri doc ne letrozole diya doc ne then 4th march ko mujhe hcg 10000 injection diya after that mujhe 15 days duphaston lene kaha .. ab mai test karrahi toh mujhe 2 line aarahe preganews me lekin 2nd line faint aarahi bar bar .. mai kya samjhu isko pls bataiye mam

Hello saw your video today. I was also on clomid 100mg this month. My egg size was 13*8 mm and uterine lining was 6.3 mm. My doctor has put me on duphaston from day 11. Do I need to take any other medicines for endometerial thickening. Plz reply...

Period skip hogaya hai ,isliye mai dr k pass gayi thi toh she said ki endometrium lining thick hai 15mm so pregnancy k chances hai lekin abhi tak 5 days higaye hai lekin pregnancy kit me negative he araha hai. ? Any suggestions ? Should I go for blood test.
doctors 6 weeks tak dukhne ko bolte h... kabhi kabhi jaldi detect nahi hota... dnt go fr unnecessary blood test... stay positive... take care of urself... stay happy... eat healthy... and 2 weeks wait krke then consult Doc... all the best 👍👍👍

I want to tell one more positive thing to you that my doc told me and motivated... That if u have conceived then you are not a PCOS patient anymore... Those 9 months u are free of PCOS... So delayed detection is normal with any 1 so dnt worry... 😊

mne part - 1 mein btaaya hain treatment... clomiphene medicines se shuru hota tha... metformin meri first trimester tak chali h treatment k time bhi chal rhi thi... injections lagte the egg size ko bada krne k... endometrical thickness ko badaane k medicines chalti thi... ajwain bhi fayda krti h uske liye... periods k 7th day se khaa sakte ho... egg hatch hone k liye injection lagaa then 20 th day se projestrone medicines... ki agar conceive huya toh baby ko safe rakhti h vo medicine.... plz take all the medicines under consultation of doctors... and dnt stress... I knw it's easy to say... but stress and depression se egg size ya poore procedure mein farak padta h... mann divert karo... Khush raho sab accha hoga... All the best 😇

Implantation ka bahut kam log hote h jinhe PTA lag paata h... Jab tak conceive ho gya h confirm na ho u can make relations... But conceive hone ke baad next three months doctors mana krte h... 👍
