He drove it to the People's Court. I think the judge was about to rule in his favor until that came out. Plaintiff looked deceitful at that point. Case closed
A lot of times she looks at the documents before the case. She also knew they both found discrepancies in the report so there's really no point in using it.
My mom had to go through probate court due to a lawyers negligence. My father was going downhill with his health pretty fast and us kids discussed that my parents go have a will made up just to avoid probate. They thought it was a good idea, went to a lawyer telling him the purpose of wanting a will, he drew up the will, but when my father died, my mom had to go through probate to sell her property because the lawyer didn't check the titles. We found out that even though her name was on the loan and on the title, it didn't state that they were husband and wife. We could prove with other documents that she was his wife, but the state wouldn't except other proof! If you ask me, they just wanted her to go through probate.

I don't understand why there's no video. This is at a pickup/dropoff at an airport. There's video. Why didn't anyone get the video? Or at least the police ask the airport security to confirm what happened? I don't get it.
The Defendant lied to the cop about being parked next to the curb so that she wouldn't get a ticket and then tried to take it back in court. There is no way the cop got her statement wrong because that was the most important part of the cop's report. The defendant illegally double parked, caused other cars to drive around her, and then hit a car when she suddenly pulled forward. She was likely neither next to the curb nor in the lane, but straddling the lane like people often do at the airport when they couldn't care less about the other traffic that they are blocking because the rest of the world only exists to serve them -- in their mind.

...plaintiff acting confused about the bodyshop calling. 🤣
Hey y’all hey! ❤❤❤ happy Friday!
The plaintiff doesn't watch people court, you can't just lie and get away with it in her court.
The Plaintiff must've loved going through life being called Mr. Mayor....
LMBAO wow he said the car was being fixed but yet he drove it to court
The plaintiff is a bold face liar
This man drove the car to court that he says is being worked on 😂🤦🏽♀️ glad he noticed the car
They are a lovely couple and I’m glad that justice was served. The plaintiff should be ashamed of himself to be lying like that.
...And he lied about his damaged car 🤷🏼♀️
Dash cams people. They pay for themselves.
Yooooo … that man lied to the very end !
The judge thinks anyone wants to give their name. HAHAHAHA!! Biggest joke ever told on here and I've heard some good ones.
He had the right of way
Don't lie to the judge. Trying to act like his car is in the shop and he drove it to court. Fool
He didn't actually lie. He went to explain why his car wasn't fixed and the judge cut him off.
@@marionroberts8242So he cut the defendant off and the judge cut him off. How ironic. 😂
@@BREEZYM6015 He cut off the illegally parked car that all of a sudden started driving again? How about this thought -- DON'T DOUBLE PARK YOU STUPID BROAD.
He explained the case in 1 sentence 😂😂😂😂
Shady phone call from auto shop...
The mechanic is working on his car out in the court parking lot 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I totally understand what he's saying she was pulling out hit him and just came a little forward..this judge us always so damn aggressive
He doesn't need a license
Binge watching the people’s court 😊
this case would have been done in 5 mins if either person had a dash cam.
Old man laughed 😂I😅
He sounded SHADY as can be.
I don't trust this old people. They should not be driving.
It's odd judge Millie never looked at the police report. Did the woman say she pulled away from the curb, or not?
I was leaning toward the plaintiff on this one, but at the end the plaintiff was looking suspicious after saying the car was still in the shop being repaired as the reason why he didn't have a paid invoice when it actually wasn't in the shop. He drove it to the People's Court. I think the judge was about to rule in his favor until that came out. Plaintiff looked deceitful at that point. Case closed
But even the defendant acknowledged that the report said she pulled out from the curb; she said she was upset because that wasn’t true.
I believe she mentioned she didn't give a statement, that's why she was upset about the report
The Plaintiff was probably the most honest litigant I have ever seen on the show and the judge believed the Defendant's lies and the fact that what she was doing was illegal. DISGUSTING
The plaintiff is in this situation because he's selective with what he wants to treat as fact and what he wants to treat as conjecture. He's an idiot and I'm glad he didn't get any money.
Yesterday a plaintiff walked in a went to the defendant's side as well in one case.
Both are on the spectrum. For sure. I can’t imagine the production of the show doesn’t tell them in advance where they should be walking to so it’s either you don’t care you don’t remember or you’re just slow.
I seen that too yesterday 😂 I just got so tickled 😊
@@LeviAaronx that’s insulting to people actually on the spectrum
@@chef1088 Its insulting to speak for people on the spectrum.
@@chef1088I’m on the spectrum and NO it doesn’t insult nor offend me…reality is a great place 👩🏿⚖️
Come back when you pay in full the lies!!!! 😮🤔
Did he even try telling her "Calm down!"?!?!?
Apparently, you should always tell a woman younger than you to "Calm down!" after an accident.....
The plantiff is a liar!!
That cnt didn't like when he laughed at her, but she had no qualms about laughing at him. WHAT A CNT
"I'm just a senior citizen. . . " RED FLAG.
That woman was totally at fault.
The plaintiff perjured in court...thats why he lost...😂
I don't understand why there's no video. This is at a pickup/dropoff at an airport. There's video. Why didn't anyone get the video? Or at least the police ask the airport security to confirm what happened? I don't get it.
Old guy is a flippin liar.
A 50 dollar dash camera would be a good investment for yourself
I kept getting confused when I see a Truck and they keep calling it a car
The judge didn't know what she was talking about. Gets upset when people chuckle at her stupidity.
