Even though I've never taken Spanish, i was able to follow your recipe very well. The only item i wasnt sure of was the oregano, i thought it was paprika until i saw the recipe in the description. I've never seen red oregano, but Google explained it! my wife and i are looking forward to trying this soon. Gracias
