I wish this had a bit more themeing in the rid portion itself tbh, maybe some rockwork, penguins or something? I mean it has decent themeing so im not super upset
I love how much work they're putting into expanding this park. I do wish for more extreme coasters like at Orlando, but all these family coasters are still really fun.
The last two coasters have been upside down, more extreme for taller riders so I'm glad they threw one in for the kids to go with Manta and Atlantis. It's nice to have a legit coaster park in San Diego now besides Legoland.
They still desperately need more rides. The park is without any type dark ride type experience which is a big gap if they wanna become a theme park and not just an aquatic zoo
For people watching this and are anxious about riding it, please just ride it. I’m horrified of launch coasters, Manta was a little too much for me (yes, I know I’m a coaster whomp) but yet I still loved this ride. After the first launch, don’t worry about anything and you’ll end up with a smile on your face. While I will miss Wild Artic, it was my childhood, this is a fun, butter-smooth coaster whomp approved coaster
yeah its san diego's only themepark besides legoland (which only has childrens rides) they gotta add more extreme coasters. I get knotts and six flags is nearby but still lol
Arctic Rescue looks good for families very simple and straight forward even looks to have some surprising moments. Like the bright colors of the building and like the station! Great POV of Arctic Rescue!🎥❄️
I went on arctic rescue yesterday and absolutely loved it! I’m terrified of launch rides, but this one is so much fun and great for those like me who don’t like riding too many roller coasters.
These comments make me laugh 😂....this is a family coaster. Not supposed to be too crazy. Geared towards ages 10+. And everyone complaining about theming. It axtually looks great. Starion looks great, and everything else looks real good. Landscaping will fill in over time. Every ride doesnt have to be themed like velocicoaster or hagrids. Spending $300M on a coaster is unnecessary and doesnt always pan out. People need to chill and just enjoy it. Looks great, great addition.
i’m 11 and i loved it cus i was able to get some of my slightly younger relatives to go on it with me and i wasn’t scared, although manta was more fun this i was able to enjoy with my little sister and cousin and i wasn’t as scared of.
And ice breaker couldn’t get any fake snow? Literally what would make Ice Breaker immersive would be a screened in launch, some snowy rock work, and an audio track that matched the coaster.
went 3x today! ride was smooth and i loved the energy from the staff, also loved the jokes! my only problem is that you can tell that the station is recycled from wild Arctic but this doesn't bother me because it's sea world
This coaster looks fine and all don’t get me wrong. However, they need to add a adult roller coaster next something with loops. Maybe RNC or another B&M ride
Pretty sure that's exactly what we're getting. It's going into the Empire of the Penguin building. Our Wild Arctic desperately needs a replacement though. I had always hoped we'd basically get this with them reversing the queue layout to make the exit exhibit the entrance. Not sure what they're going to do with it now. A polar themed polar themed Sesame street ride would be best, but I'm not sure the space is there unless they're going to reclaim some of the parking lot or go multi story.
I wonder if people are just going to compare this to Manta. Multi launched rides are trendy, but they already have a family friendly multi launch that seems better than this. Looks fun, but odd choice IMO. I guess the ride vehicles might be deferent enough for the GP to think it’s different enough.
Looks solid but it's a little weird to build 2 of basically the same coaster though. This is themed how Icebreaker should have been. Nice theming with the snow all around. All it needs is a fog machine. Probably should have had a single inversion too, as a step up.
The wait was 1hour - 1 hour and half! Due to it just being open the ride had some issues with opening gate doors for the ride to even move, as well as people not listening and standing behind the yellow line in order for the coasters gates to work properly.
i wanted to comment, so is this safe for ten year old little chipmunks? because like im freaking out and i dont know if i should do this ride and it says the drop is a 113 foot drop, meanwhile it looks less than half that size so im very confused pov is confused
Everyone here keeps saying the coaster should be over water because jet ski’s…I don’t think you guys understand that this is an arctic theme and the seats are supposed to be snow mobiles... If that’s the case, then fake snow or ice would be more appropriate.
Still infinitely better than Emperor right next to it which had zero theme lol. At least this has props, landscaping, fake snow etc. Also this is meant to be themed to the Arctic; penguins and ice caves and such would be Antarctica.
ok Y did they build this Seadoo Rollercoaster Ride? This Ride should of Been in the Water the Whole time so it can Feel like a Seadoo Rollercoaster Ride like Driving around in the Water like a Rollercoaster instead of having Up and down's and Werid Turns that doesn't make sense at all for a Rollercoaster, they should made a Seadoo Ride Rollercoaster in the Water, where you can do turns like a SeaDoo and do Flips and Turns like a Seadoo dose, and have a Nice Cruise out on the Lake or Big Lake That a SeaDoo have Out in the Lakes as a Roller Coaster Seadoo should have, they should of built it the right way, instead of the Wrong Way, this is a messed Up Rollercoaster that this ride should built in the Lake, I stead of Land, who ever built this ride, wasn't Even thinking Straight at all, they should of build a Roller Coaster out of Seadoo's instead. This makes me mad a little bit, cause they Designed this in a Wrong Way instead of the right way, this ride is so messed Up in lots of Ways, so Werid looking. Not a Fan of this ride at all. So Werid looking. Should of built it like the Seadoo ride in the Ocean or out in the Lake instead. Werid.
I wish this had a bit more themeing in the rid portion itself tbh, maybe some rockwork, penguins or something? I mean it has decent themeing so im not super upset
true a little bit of rockwork would definingly make this ride more pleasing to look at
Maybe if they added rock work to look like glaciers
Rid
So true . They have a great name I figured there would be a lot of artistic play behind it .
😂💀🤡🤡

The kingdom of God has drawn near. Christ’s return could be imminent, REPENT!!!!❤❤❤❤
Seaworld San Diego: we have the most comfortable sit down coaster
Seaworld Orlando: LET YOUR BALLS REST IN PEACE ON OUR BRAND NEW STAND UP COASTER
Arctic Rescue looks good for families very simple and straight forward even looks to have some surprising moments. Like the bright colors of the building and like the station! Great POV of Arctic Rescue!🎥❄️

Is there big drops?
@@The_Gray_Witch_Ash no at the start tho it does feel like you fall a bit but I'm typically a wuss so yeah, but this is a super fun ride
Yesterday. i ride it too! It was so funnnn!!!!
I'm gonna miss Wild Arctic. It was my childhood.
It’s still open at sea world San diego
@@thrnumbera oh I didn’t know it was a ride. That’s cool.
It looks like a family friendly version of manta but I’m still excited to ride it this Thursday.
It’s not a family friendly version of manta it is manta
I was pleasantly surprised how much fun this ride was. It was so fast!
These comments make me laugh 😂....this is a family coaster. Not supposed to be too crazy. Geared towards ages 10+. And everyone complaining about theming. It axtually looks great. Exactly!
100000% agree!!!

💯
San Diego was so much fun in the 70s
Silence says it all.....
The ride looks really solid tbh, much better than Wave Breaker and more along the lines of Jet Rescue at Sea World in Australia.
Not fast no thrill in this one
went 3x today! ride was smooth and i loved the energy from the staff, also loved the jokes! my only problem is that you can tell that the station is recycled from wild Arctic but this doesn't bother me because it's sea world
Lucky it keeps breaking down whenever I try to ride it
@@gengaryt1499 never broke on me
@@benjaminveksler3793 well when I went on the 19th it kept breaking down so big sad
This coaster looks fine and all don’t get me wrong. However, they need to add a adult roller coaster next something with loops. Maybe RNC or another B&M ride
I definitely want an RMC raptor.
OMG! i was in line with the guy who took this video! he was very nice and gave me the information about the recording!
Hoping we get one of these in Orlando next year 👀
These are super great for families
Uhh no

@@omarnoble4788 Seems likely
I would totally ride arctic rescue!
IT'S A JET SKI COASTER!
This looks like a really fun ride.
Great ride, but i feel like if it was more like big bear mountain at dollywood, like on board audio it would be better.😊
Looks like a good spot to nap but that’s about it
I wonder if people are just going to compare this to Manta. Multi launched rides are trendy, but they already have a family friendly multi launch that seems better than this. Looks fun, but odd choice IMO. I guess the ride vehicles might be deferent enough for the GP to think it’s different enough.
I feel like Manta might be just a little too much for some people so I think this is a solid beginner coaster for the park
Not even a comparison. Manta is a solid b&m flying coaster, top 3 in the world. This is a family ride with wheeled launch. Shhhhhhh quiet
@@joem8875 Ummm… Sea World San Diego’s Manta is an Intamin family launching coaster, not a B&M flyer. That’s Orlando’s version.
@@cjmorton91 *MACK rides.
Not gonna lie but I did compare this this to Manta because I’m finally 48 inches😂😂
Love your commitment to making these awsome videos
That looks fantastic
Looks solid but it's a little weird to build 2 of basically the same coaster though. This is themed how Icebreaker should have been. Nice theming with the snow all around. All it needs is a fog machine. Probably should have had a single inversion too, as a step up.
This is exactly like San Antonio’s wave breaker which was built first
When it’s cloudy outside it looks more like your in the Arctic on this ride
I’ve been on this ride it really does look Like your on a expedition in Arctic with the cloudy sky
Nice station!
This is great for someone who is claustrophobic and cannot wear a shoulder harness belt. I surely do miss those rides though......
Oh sea world has got new rides now. It’s been 10 years since I been home. I need to visit soon
How long was the queue on this this afternoon? I understand that this is just open to pass holder atm.
The wait was 1hour - 1 hour and half! Due to it just being open the ride had some issues with opening gate doors for the ride to even move, as well as people not listening and standing behind the yellow line in order for the coasters gates to work properly.
Still want to go to the other 2 Sea World parks. Being from Tampa I've had a lifetime with the Orlando one.
I love that ride in between all of the rides I ride it this is the best one o could ride lots of times
COOL COASTER!
Oh, that's not bad! I'm going to try it next time!
I am surprised by the theming there, I would have thought they would do water underneath or make it look like water/beach theme
Looks loads of fun.
Great ride!
It was really fun where you wait for the coaster it’s very beautiful
Y'know.... it's sad that this has a better theming than Pantheon.
Which is to say, anything.
let's be honest, this is the closest to "winter" you will get in San Diego haha
I like how on this one you’re on colored grass or concrete
What made the one in San Antonio hood was the fact it was on water
Thank you for the video I’m going to sea world
wow.. 😮adrenaline rush..❤
Do you know if they have single rider lanes for most of the big roller coasters?
i put my hands up and when we hit a turn my whole body just went to the side
Seems fairly tame… Are there supposed to be lights in the tunnel?
How old can kids ride this??
it was fun
I went to SeaWorld yesterday and my friend tried to get me to go on this but I am not a roller coaster person
This ride looks mellow. It’s probably fun but not epic like Electric Eel.
Wildcats revenge is open!!!!!
Reminds me of big bear mountain dollywood
Hi, can you help me with the brand of camera you use please , I appreciate.
This ride replaced Wild Arctic basically
Theres always those 2 women that over exaggerate and become a 🦅.
It aint even intense at all. Its smooth as hell.
i wanted to comment, so is this safe for ten year old little chipmunks? because like im freaking out and i dont know if i should do this ride and it says the drop is a 113 foot drop, meanwhile it looks less than half that size so im very confused pov is confused
I think the 113 foot drop is a different ride.
Everyone here keeps saying the coaster should be over water because jet ski’s…I don’t think you guys understand that this is an arctic theme and the seats are supposed to be snow mobiles... If that’s the case, then fake snow or ice would be more appropriate.
Honestly can’t believe that they close wild artic for this, is nice but nothing compared, and the other coasters on sea world are a lot better
Now the ride stops for like 2 minutes in this part 1:42
The ride reminds me of Manta.
good ride but in 2025 they should do a llittle edit
This ride just isn’t the same without the old helicopter simulaton. Looks nice though.
outdoor dakcoaster at BGW
Shoulda gotten a B&M
It's faster than the video shows guys, alot faster...
Video makes it look slow, that thing goes FAST
Waiting time socks
This ride looks great, no doubt, but just… why here? Manta serves the same purpose
Exactly what I am saying they got a beginner coaster for the beginner coaster
1 train ops?
Can my 8yo ride it ?
If they're tall enough my eight year old granddaughter rides it.
I could not go on it it was down
Solid layout, abysmal theming
hi
Is same like the another attractions
Hmmm… that’s it?
Looks mor like carpark rescue....
I am currently at Seaworld and I am very disappointed. I went to this ride 3 times and it broke down every time annoying 🙄🙄🙄
It's nice you also do roller coaster reviews for babies.
That looks pretty dull to be honest. Plus like others said no theme. Where's the penguins and ice etc?
Still infinitely better than Emperor right next to it which had zero theme lol. At least this has props, landscaping, fake snow etc. Also this is meant to be themed to the Arctic; penguins and ice caves and such would be Antarctica.
Kiddy ride
Really? Doesn’t really look thrilling. More for kids kids who like rides but not the intensity of big drops and curves
Pause
Is that it? Looks very disappointing. No theming. Not a single reference to the Arctic on the whole ride.
Ehhh
Not much theming here

Not that great of themes. The worst I’ve seen for a ride. Not that great of a launch from the station either. Roll out then launch? Not impressed.
Have you seen the theming for Emperor? This is at least a step up.
Not the greatest I admit, but could be worse.
Have you seen the theming for Pantheon?
There are coasters where the theme is literally just 'parking lot'.
Wow super lame
Wat a bad coaster and waste of money
Boring as ....
Good filming bad ride urgh
People are still supporting SeaWorld?
that looks so boring
Is it big people friendly?
