Below are the songs used in the order they are played:
Yennefer's Theme in White Orchard from the Witcher 3
In this age of modern adaptations, it's so rare that characters are actually sincere with each other. There's always some form of vindiction, strife, bitterness, and very little gratitude or affections toward each other.
The idea that Yennefer would adore Geralt for his act of sacrifice is something the Netflix writers just couldn't or refused to understand.
"he would never wish for other lips"
The videogames: OH WELL 😂
(But jokes aside, great essay :) )
Thank you!!!
Great video too 👌 I don't understand how this one has so little views
I never read the books, nor played the games
I liked the first season, and barely tolerated the second
Netflix fell on their asses with this show, full stop.
【Shades Finnish Pirates】I did quit watching the show too, i've played the games and i've read few of the books.
I really enjoyed the first season of The Witcher, and honestly I think she was one of my favriote characters, then they stripped her of her magic and it just went down hill from there in my opinion. I think it's evident that Henry Cavill just slowly lost interest after that first season.
agreed
I really hated how they portrayed Queen Calanthe in the show. That chapter in the Last Wish was very dialogue heavy and she was in control the entire time. In the show they just made her into a conflict hungry monarch with no other resolution for the situation other than to call for Duny's head.
As far as I'm concerned Netflix never made a Witcher series, they just made another generic supernatural soap opera. Don't even get me started on the abomination Blood Origin. Just stick to the games and books
Netflix wanted their own Game of Thrones, not a proper adaptation of the Witcher.
